Whether because you think they're never very well done, way to cliched, or just plain don't like them, share any particular trope which have fallen from your good graces here (or never climbed that high, as it may be the case).

Wangst Seriously, anyone like this even when done WELL? We really don't need more of this stuff in the world -_-
Emo Probably a subtrope of the above, but it has it's own page, so it deserves it's own hate

Ship to Ship Combat, Die for Our Ship, and pretty much any other fangirl/fanboy trope. I find them extremely irritating.

In general I also don't really agree with listing Fanfiction examples on the main page for any trope at all. It feels way too arbitrary. Is there any guideline to what can qualify as an example or can anyone just say "oh my generic Sora x Riku fanfic that I wrote in 2 minutes without any regard for the characters' canon personalities has all these tropes" and put it on there?

Edit: For example, I just read something under the Fanfic section of the Story Breaker Team Up trope, "A few Evangelion fanfics make jokes about how Dragon Ball characters take out the angels with ease." Ok? A general statement about how a few random unknown people wrote a few random unknown fics about this is worthy of being an example on the trope's main page? If I wrote a couple fanfics where the Dragon Ball characters DON'T take out the angels with ease, or better yet, just randomly made that statement up without bothering to list examples, could I then mention that on the same page?

I actually found Ship to Ship Combat to be a very amusing read. But it's not nearly as funny when you're in the middle of it.

Karma Houdini: Just about almost everybody in this world has their share of sadness. Does that mean we should all be allowed to be evil? Combo with Easily Forgiven and voila! Instant RAAGE!
Hollywood Tactics: The use of blatantly idiotic tactics in war scenes...
Mary Tzu: ...even more insulting when the tactic and the tactician is regarded as awesome
Put on a Bus, Bus Crash: This one's especially infuriating if done to comply to a particular shipping
Rape is Love: Very, very disturbing.

Butt Monkey: Maybe I don't consider that humor, but having a designated character as this sort of pisses me off. This is often frustrating when the Butt Monkey is the main character, but this can apply to other characters who are antagonized just because (Knuckles from Sonic)

Abuse is Okay When it's female on male: Connected with the above, abuse shouldn't really be funny, female or male. If it is played for humor, males and females should be dealt with equally.

Definitely agree with the above though not necessarily for the same reasons. For me it's mostly that I'm just tired of seeing those tropes as the main formula for anime series. It's kind of sad how many recommendation threads I see pop up to the effect of "desperately looking for strong male protagonist who doesn't get beat up by his harem." Sadder how the same couple series are always mentioned as recommendations, and a series that is otherwise unremarkable like Kaze no Stigma is very memorable just because it actually has a protagonist who fits that description...

Another trope that has kind of annoyed me is Worf Had the Flu. Sometimes, it's good at explaining how a person lost. Other times, every little circumstance is taken into mind to make the victory as unsatisfying as possible; i.e. this person wasn't fighting fair, that person was manipulated, etc. Sometimes, a loss is a loss.
