Sounds like a fun setup, I've always been quite partial to the SR-15/16E3. Why not just buy an upper and mount it on an 80% receiver though?

Well I actually have a blank lower and another completed lowered with no upper. I could build 2 more rifles if I wanted to. But in this case it's a matter of having a complete KAC rifle.

Well this thing is anything but a suppressor that's for sure. Nice diversion of the gasses to the front and increase in recoil pulse is negligible. It throws a fireball the size of my head with every shot. Also looks cool as hell. If I was in a class on a firing line, it will definitely not annoy the neighbors.

They coin it as a Blast Diverter. This is my KAC Upper with MB556 Muzzle Brake for featureless purposes. But the brake is annoying when shooting around people, so what the Diverter does is push everything forward instead of to the side. Think of how the Flaming Pig or how a Krinkov brake works. The concept is not new, but its nice how Surefire made it like their suppressor line so its quick attach/detach when needed. Plus its tacticool!

Yeah, its a 380, the essential get away from me gun. This means light weight, mobile and a weapon I can comfortably & accurately operate with one hand. Laser enhances precision, just got to ensure rounds are hallow points for best DPS

Seems like your standard tactical M4 to me, I'd rather have one of the classics, M16A1 or CAR-15.

I was once thinking about building a Classic AR15 set up or M16A1 replica. They have kits to build them in original spec. Those rifles were so simple and pretty light. Heck a modern M4 carbine (with rail minus accessories) I think weighs more than the original M16s.

Primary Arms Microdots. Replica Aimpoint T1/H1 set up. Now normally I am a TRUE aimpoint person, but, I don't feel like spending another $500 for an H1, so I figured I would try this for my AK74 Rifle Dynamics build. At $69 can't hurt to try.

Definitely can't go wrong with a red dot at that price, only down side I can see is the 2 MOA dot (or do you just lack faith in Soviet engineering :P). Are you going for a true AK74 or AK103 by the way, I've noticed that 7.62 AKs with 74M furniture seem to be the most popular in the US.
Also just realized how ironic the gun shop scene in Terminator 1 is, I guess the gubernator has first hand experience of gun laws huh?

In Arnie's day, there was not much in the ways of California gun laws. You show up with your ID, and that was sufficient.

The gun laws in California started because of crimes committed in the inner cities, the so-called Black on Black crimes. Gun laws were designed to make it more difficult for African-Americans from the possession of firearms. Of course, as FBI statistics would have it, it didn't make a damn difference. Bill Clinton then up the ante with his infamous assault rifles ban, but that only made matters worse.

The Los Angeles riot is a very good example where crimes within the inner cities had reached a boiling point. Thankfully those with weapons managed to defend themselves or witness their belongings, businesses and homes burnt. Yeah, for a couple months, Los Angeles was a warzone.

So crime isn't going down, education in the inner cities are horrid, and all the while ordinary people suffers.
