Once upon a time in AnimeSuki, Hentai Army (or H-A) is one of the unofficial group created originally by a member called JOJOSTAR. Have quite a follower until things died out a bit with every members faded away with real life.

A gathering of deviants who find pleasure in viewing the darker side of anime characters, be it male or female.
To qualify for Psycho-Moe, the behaviour must be self-induced and not due to external control factors. So for example, Princess Euphemia from the anime series, "Code Geass" does not qualify for Psycho-Moe as she was being mind-controlled by another person.
Psycho-Moe generally comes in two flavours. The common type is one we are all familiar with, where the subject in question suffers an Emo-Facial Distortion and goes visibly batshit-insane. The poster-girl for this type is Kaede Fuyou from the anime series, "Shuffle!"
The second type is not frequently seen, but can be far more sinister, where the subject in questions retains his/her composure but performs murderous action(s) that no sane person will ever do. The classic case-study for this type is Asakura Ryoko from the anime series, "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya".

Fallen Hero: Not all Villains are born. Some are made, and none are more tragic than the Fallen Hero. As the name implies, the Fallen Hero used to be a hero before doing a Face-Heel Turn. They may even have been an Ideal Hero or another equally optimistic archetype, up until the moment when they suffered something bad enough for them to lose all faith in good and idealism, be it the loss of a loved one, too many good deeds coming back to bite them hard, betrayal by someone they trusted the most, too much distrust from those who should have been allies, or some other faith-shattering event. It might even be a drawn out process of seduction to The Dark Side or fall from grace.
Corrupt the Cutie: A series introduces a character as sweet and lovable, more comic relief than anything, who likes nothing more than to pet little puppies. They make you adore them, root for them and love them.
