He just got through Sheryl and Ranka meeting Mao and Sara. I didn't catch much of the dialogue. The girls are looking for Shin and Sheryl made a comment, I'm guessing about their Love Triangle that made Sara jump.
And Mao was happy she was portrayed in a movie, by a cute girl like Ranka to boot.
I still think they have to end up forgetting everything when they go back to their timeline, since otherwise they would alter history.
Man, this guy is annoying.

The way I see it, there's only one real ship and pairing in Macross:
Pilot/Valkyrie.
You could extend this to a threesome of either Pilot/Valkyrie/Sky, or a harem of Pilot/Valkyrie/Dakka/Missile spam.
