Most entertaining. Some little plot convenience aside, they continue to set up the Marvel Cinematic Universe quite nicely. Its funny how for two movies poor Steve Rogers finds himself on the opposite side of the "law" while finding he is right most of the time. I also found their opposing views both understandable.

While many of the side Marvel characters were brief in appearance, they still brought an impact to the battle. Their little bits of wit and snark and joking references here and there really lightens the mood a bit.

The Captain America "trilogy" is the most entertaining six hours of action cinema the superhero "genre" has ever produced, IMHO. And that's saying something, coming from someone who freakin' worships Superman...

I agree. Every film is a fine work of art, though parts two and three are notably more memorable than part one.

What, I feel like I am the only one to see the Dark Knight series as the.best.trilogy of a superhero gig ever!

Part three had some really big problems. Also, I don't particularly care about the darker tone DC uses for their movies.

The Dark Knight is one of my favorite movies of all time, but I merely like the first one. The last movie is way too imbalanced and marred by bad acting, pacing and plot to merit a place in any kind of "best" list, for me.

The second one definitely had me on the edge of my seat. You never knew what Joker had in place next to go. He was always one step ahead of Batman.

Like I said, that was my favorite. The third one is garbage.

The third one has a "Rises" tacked on to the title... In poor taste, really.

Then I watched Deadpool... and my joy risen to a new high.

Well, Deadpool is the equivalent to a good blowjob. Take from that what you will.

Anyway, so this may be unintentional, or maybe it is, but the character of Black Panther brought some rather nervous chuckles.

See, Black Panther is a Black supremacist group here in the US, and to have a Black dude inside a Black Panther suit is like putting a White guy inside a white robe & hood then calling it Wizard Man.

Black Panther has been around the Marvel Universe for years. In fact, he's the first black superhero in mainstream American comics. He was created in 1966, a few months before the Black Panther party was.

Yeah, I kind of researched the profile and already found out. Though I am pretty sure when people say Black Panther in the US, they think of the party, not the comic hero. This is also the first time we saw the character play prominently on screen!

Its like when people see a white hood and robe, they think KKK, they do not think of the Spanish inquisition, which had been the latter's outfit for centuries!

And I won't even get into swastikas man...

And one more addition, why the hell is it always some videotape that ruin the moment of execution!? Why!?

Yeah, those militants from the BP party are going to freak out when they see the movie, then. In Africa? No civil rights-era shenanigans? No slavery themes? Just bad-ass action and intelligent characters? Who would have thought?
