After Aizen was defeated by Kurosaki ichigo and Kisuke Urahara the captains were beginning to be demoted or promoted to Royal Guard or being teachers. Yamamoto has taken charge of everything dealing with the reconstruction process. New laws and new ways of dealing with hollows are being made . Many captain spots are beginning to be filled a long with a couple of vice captain spots as well. The world of Bleach is changing but is it for better or for worse
