If you're asking why Rosario + Vampire's logo isn't just Moka herself... keep in mind that it still is a harem. Besides, Inner's been on the manga covers at least 4 or more times

It's at the very end, when all is said and done. Trust me, he has a very minor role that I'm just throwing in for the hell of it (since you probably already know how Water Bride is going to end, and I have a use for Kyero... though he can be mauled by a certain group of people for what I'm going to do)
