hi, i stopped watching bleach some time ago and i want to go back to it, but i dont have a clue where i stopped, can anyone please tell me the whole story up to the episode where ichigo fights with that guy with a metal puppet and they all run away from a hospital because of a water puppet?

You're in the Bount filler arc right now. I don't remember which episode it was though. Also Aizen starts making super Hallows called arrancars and starts sending them to the land of the living to test out their capabilities. One of them captures Oriheme and takes it back to Hueco Mundo, Aizen's fortress in the land of the Hallows. Azien is also found to have captured the Hōgyoku in order to get to the Soul Society's Emperor to overthrow him. Ichigo and his friends go over there to rescue her and that's where it is at on Adult Swim. Ichigo found Oriheme will probably take her back home.
