"TEST ONLY" is exactly what it says; a test only. It is to demo the "
contacts highlighting" on the front page (see the who is online list at the bottom; bigger names in
teal).
The privacy features are nothing to do with what change; as for the social group layout... well, like the privacy features, it is just something the
forum software developers did...
