Something like 'rough girl meets nice boy' although that's a pretty loose description. I'm still trying to figure out Tsukune's part in this but...heeeey~ , maybe I can....it's a stretch but...nah, better not...
Now my mind's trying to combine 3 different senarios into one and it's causing a pile-up...give me more time to sort this out....lol (Start slow, let it build on it's own....)

Okay, Inner's a 'bad girl' - she's in a band that plays at nightclubs and bars, she sleeps mostly during the day, she had a motorcycle (Suzuki Katana), and of course, she's got a tough and haughty attitude to match. She's doesn't have many friends, not even her band members know much about her - she's a very private person. She doesn't like to get involved in anything but she does have a sense of 'justice' about her, even if it's her own.
Tsukune had just moved into the city for a new job at a computer firm. He's eager to begin this new stage in his life. He also likes to frequent pubs and bars and one night, he sees Moka's band peforming in a particularly bar and he can't keep his eyes off of Moka....
As for what can happen from just that info, my mind's spinning with possiblities.
Still have her as a vampire and include monsters in the story, or have them as just humans and keep it as such. When I decide that one, then at least half the story senarios will leave my head...

As for what songs she'd do, I'm using her image song to set the tone but...it sounds like something that would be done in the 80's
So the story might be a retro-homage to the great 80's anime BubbleGum Crisis 2032... It's one of my top 5 classic anime.
