I don't care for comic book likeness being perfect - if the spirit is kept the same. I mean, look at the good X-Men movies (the good ones, please). You can't argue with me that Hugh Jackman didn't embody
Wolverine perfectly - in some parts of those movies, at least. And
all throughout
Logan.
And he did not look
anything like the Wolverine I have come to know in decades of comics, at the time he was announced, way back in the day. So, I don't really care anymore -
if the movie turns out to be good. The
story is king. If not, the casting (and the likeness of the actors themselves) is just another thing to be annoyed about.
IMHO, of course.
