Yeah, it sucks to get neg reps like that one, and I definitely know the feeling.

That is a seriously pathetic reason for a negrep indeed, but I'm afraid we don't get involved in the rep-game one way or another, unless the forum rules are being broken in the process (as in, someone using the comment section to fling insults, or some other selective actions that count as abuse of the system).
I'd advise you to take solace in the fact that staring at your green bars apparently made someone else unbearably jealous
