First thank you for the informational auto-email.
I am glad to have found this website that is maintained in a decent fashion.
I have but one question regarding the rules so far am I allowed to ask people
on forums for sources of anime or manga?
The reason being is because i was not certain due
to rule 1.1 where you listed fan subs as illegal but then said
that it was tolerable unlike pirated.
I am not looking for pirated but, rather a place to read manga
or watch anime with English subs.
I am rather new to the anime scene and this sight so, as such i am
requesting some advice.
if you or other members could give some answers or advice i would be much obliged.
