It's one of my favorite episodes but I have a lot of favorite episodes.
It is also one of my favorite scenes. I just like when Natsume smiles and when the Youkai acknowledges that he can smile like that showing the change between when she knew him as a child and the present. -

One of the best parts (there are so many things I like about the series) is bgm ... I really love that type of music, and to me it fit perfectly. Hopefully you are watching a version that has the lyrics tl'd - they are really fitting and even moving. Would you be surprised if I told you that I cried during this series almost as much as during the Clannad/After Story series?

If you enjoyed ep 1 then maybe the slow paced intricate weaving will not be a hindrance to you!
"Every frog praises his own swamp" as the folk saying goes, and Erin is definitely part of my swamp ... so to speak. -
Just be aware - it starts out slow! Still, if you were able to make it through all 96 eps of Maison, if Erin "clicks" with you then a paltry 50 eps should be no prob.
