Also, Orihime often calls Ichigo Kurosaki-kun. The suffix kun is an affectionate term used after someone's name. It shows that her way of addressing Ichigo isn't completely formal.
Not sure if you're already aware (but forgive me if you do), but using -kun is actually a formal term used between classmates, coworkers, etc. Though if the person were to use the first name followed by the -kun vs. last name-kun, that would differentiate the level of closeness. If Orihime were to call him " Ichigo-kun", that would change the relationship into something more mutual and personal.
