Yeah, my creative writing skills have definitely atrophied since high school CYOA+horror+mystery sounds awesome though! Good luck

I do more frontend design (user interface, layout, typography etc... that's how I started using photoshop and such, although web design and forum graphics use different skill-sets). Since I'm a CS student, I also like thinking about the backend parts, but they're not quite as fun to actually implement, especially for database related things (which are most of the backend of a lot of websites).

So some of my projects are for class projects or extracurriculars, some are freelance jobs for money, and some are just because I think they would be interesting. The one I'm working on right now is just a cool web application idea that one of my friends sold me on in the dining hall one day. So there are three of us putting it together over break.

Just now I'm going to start enjoyng my second year first semester japanese exams, so we can say I'm a bit crazy busy. So I just have time to come from time to time to get fun with one-piece childish fans xDDDD

What about you? I see you're working hard in the fan creations section ^^

Oh yeah, you had some super-precise prediction. I remember that post... *goes back and rereads* yeah, that was awesome

Wow, a novel sounds like a big time commitment... that's pretty cool that you're writing one though. I feel like that's one of those things that people tell themselves they'll do at some point in their lives but never actually get around to doing. So feel proud of yourself for actually getting down to it and starting! How long are you expecting it to be?

I've been well, mostly catching up with old friends (I still have one week of winter break left) and working on some web development projects for fun.

Thanks It's one of the scenes (Budokan!) I'm kind of hoping winds up in the K-On movie... I can dream, right?

Hello again! At least now I got somebody to yak at, a "captive audience" so to speak! and don't you DARE hit the log out button either!>.<
Overwhelming? Well maybe that wasn't the right word, how 'bout "open"? I mean your just so open about everything! It's rather refreshing to meet some one like you who just opens up and yaks freely about everything! No walls, no posing, no agenda etc. I'm really liking you and your openess!
You did send me the thread you spoke of, but I haven't had the time to read it yet, sorry! I'm getting reaquainted with so old friends on here as well as my new ones! But I will read it, promise! I hate not answering my friends so that comes first, then out seeing what's going on in the threads.
So being an only child makes you less likely to get angry?! WOW I sure could've used some of that! Even though I'm a brunett, I tend to make redheads cringe when I go off! Heh, even my husband says that when I get in a tiff that the weather stations in India get wonky!@~@ I'm not a violent person unless provoked, but I do speak my mind!
Ah, so you lived in Toronto then? You know we don't here that much about Canada down here, so I was quite surprised when you mentioned it being a violent town! It is too bad that you and your cousin now live so far apart! I hope you two get to visit sometime?
LOL! You ought to come to one of my family reunions! You'd either be overwhelmed by the southern hospitality or hiding under the table from our antics! See I have gobs of inlaws, aunts, uncles, and cousins! And they're slightly eccentric to put it mildly (crazy is a better word!). I have one uncle (Zeke) who comes to the reunions with his own homemade blackpowder cannon and fires said piece at the comincement of the festivites!!@.@ Yes the police have been known to come to our shindig because of the ruckus we make, and the consumption of corn liquor and a feast that would have you wishing you worked at a Pepto Bismol factory!
The cousins are KNOWN for "borrowing" police cars, fire engines, hell they even borrowed a semi truck on time to get to the reunion! And are known for going into the nearest Wal-Mart and buying every can of pork n beans, hot sauce, and hot dogs, so they can say they brought something! They're great!! Nuts but great! I'll tell you more about them next time ok?
Lucky Channel?! My God I loved the guy!!^-^! His deadpan expression to the girl was insanely funny! Especially when he finally cracked and went off on her!! I was like "YEAH kick her arse!" I really liked Konata and the big sister to Sukasa! These 2 were like fire and water! It was a great show! What are your thoughts on Code Geass? Linda

Hey Mario! Door for my tardiness in getting back to you! I was overwhelmed by your response to my last "inquizition" of you! I can see we'll be good friends as you like to yak too^-^!
That Ace Attorney sounds difficult! What with all the detective work and being given a "no win" case. Or at least thats the way it sounds, but it does sound like fun too.
Well the thing about large families is there's always "backup" in a fight or protection from a bully of another sex. But the best part is the get togethers and such! The downside is it seemed that I could never find any privacy growing up as a kid. But there were times I would have liked being an only child! I'm just glad that it didn't "bottle" you up!
So your from British Columbia? I hear thats some very pretty country up there?! And I know how you must miss your cousin, I miss my sibs sometimes too! But not so much my cousins, they're crazy!@.@
Well I'm glad I didn't pry to much! And I wouldn't mind reading that book your working on when it's done!
HEY you liked Lucky Star?! I LOVED that show!! And Code Geass, and Gurren Lagaan! What did you like most about Lucky Star? Linda
