It is sad that people don't know all that Kairin does for this forum behind the scenes. Sometimes I wonder how we managed until she joined our crew. Some folks think all she does it to pose for pictures, but wow, she's a like a cute little dynamo helping to motivate us all. She helps keep our moods light and fun so that we don't burn out.
Most recently, she was the one who convinced the entire moderation staff to implement this new facebook-like software upgrade. xris was all >grumble<facebook sucks>grumble<, but Kairin convinced us to give it a try. Wtihout her, we'd have left all the new social functions turned off.
