General rant question to the world: Why do viewers expect the characters' full backstories to be explained in THE VERY FIRST EPISODE? Have viewers lost all sense of patience? Lost their love of mystery? Why??

Too used to instant gratification? Actually I cant really think of an anime where we got a complete backstory explanation in the first epi. These people shouldnt watch GH then

Shame there's no official manga art of him, it's all of Kobato.

As for changing my avatar, i can't decide if i should use anime or manga Kobato. May use anime because my sig is from the manga.
