Finished it. It was well worth the 34€ (which is about 56AUD) I paid for it IMO. It was nice to play a pure Type Moon VN after all this time. Ended up liking all the protagonists, and the story and action were great. I'm looking forward to the movie even more now. I think it'd be better for it to be two movies though, they would have to compress a lot of stuff otherwise. It is around 20 hours long, after all.

I was planning on buying Tsukihime Remake when it comes out at the end of the month but the price (60€) and the fact the second part of the game probably won't come out for like a decade makes me think I'm better off waiting until the "full game" is out. I was always more of Fate guy, anyway.

The issue with my eyes was unrelated, it was just a coincidence it started right after I started the game. I'm feeling a lot better now that I figured out what was wrong. Still ended up playing most of the game on my phone and it was pretty comfy.

I've been looking at next season's anime and not a lot of them seem interesting. It's looking like a really dry season.

Both Oilers and Mavericks eked out game 4 wins, though I'm not sure I'd say their series are competitive just yet.

My eyes have been hurting since I started playing. Could be unrelated, as I haven't really been able to find anything about it on the net. Bigger text is in fact supposed to be less straining. I'm assuming it's because I'm playing it on a big TV and I must unconsciously forget to blink (I have dry eye syndrome). I'll try remote playing to my tablet or phone, since I'm used to reading a lot on those.

I can't say I remember anything from it. I've never been too fond of Code Geass but I'm looking forward to Rozé of the Recapture since it seems to be really well received. Already got spoiled on one of the twist but it just made me more interested.

Started playing Mahoyo today after putting it off for literal years. Aoko is not at all like I imagined her to be based on Tsukihime. I guess I shouldn't be surprised since she's only 17 here. The translation using Sizuki instead of Shizuki is driving me fucking nuts, but after a while my brain will just auto-correct. Still, what were they thinking?

It's a really great movie. I rewatched it a while back, before the second season of Tatami Galaxy came out.

I'm not really sure who to root for between Panthers and Oilers. I guess I'll say Edmonton for now... when I was a kid the Oilers dynasty (with Wayne Gretzky) beat the Flyers in 7 though I can't really say I remember it. They haven't really been relevant since then, and Canada as a country hasn't won the cup in decades either.

I'm not really sure how I feel about the NBA Finals but I'll feel better about it if Boston loses. I have no real opinion of the NHL, maybe Florida would be nice just cause. The only news I've heard about Butker recently though is that he might get benched for the new kickoff system. It remains to be seen how good the new system works out...

Crunchyroll packaging has definitely fallen off, though its not Amazon bad just yet. Its still decent but nowhere near RightStuf. At least they're fast and loose with partial shipments. I splurged on some BDs of MahoAko from Amazon Japan and they're kinda killing me with partial shipments, though. Not sure why but part of my order is stalled.

Not sure what your interest in Unnamed Memories is but it is not good at all. Its a weird season but Jellyfish, Mysterious Disappearances, and Shuu Shuu(matsu) Train are really propping the season up. Oh and Lv2, Fenris is a gem.

Not yet but I love Kore-eda's work.

Miyazaki has been saying anime is dead for 40 years, ROFL. No news there.

I don't think Saru is anything special, and whatever there were under Yuasa's leadership is a distant memory. Yes Toho will make them more generic and commercial but to me it's no great loss.

Jellyfish can't swim in the night is AOTS so far. It's so good.

Unnamed Memories is the worst. It's almost impossible to understand given how much content they removed.
