Well actually we liked SRWZ's animation because this tiem round, they didn't standardise the animation for all series. Instead they animate the series similar to the way it was originally animated.

The old school mechs, Baldios, God Sigma, Orguss had old school awesome and it was very nostalgic for us. Zeta got its awesome cut-ins that slices up the screen. Aquarion retained it awkward and hilarious animations. I'm thinking you didn't watch Aquarion, yes? The show was full of parodies and actually punned the mecha genre with awkward effects and outrageous attack names and battle cries.

And then awesomely visual series like Eureka 7 got its visual beauty, slow Tomino style Turn A and King Gainer got their slow, solid awesome. Gravion retained its fanservicey super robot mix.

Well, its a visual treat to fans who watched the actual shows. I managed to watch most of the anime before playing SRWZ, so I was treated with great service.

The plot was quite tough to pull off, but we thought they did it really well. The plot really transcended space time and connected old school to new school really well. Well, Z is a SRW for really hardcore mecha fans.

I really wouldn´t know. I *guess* it was because they wanted to wait for the 25th birthday of Macross?

Hell, I wish the influx of money from Frontier will want him to make a sequel very soon, instead of watching this source of income dwindle over the years. As it is now, with the money they got from Frontier S1, they could easily finance a much better budgeted S2.

C.A., I think I'm still sleepy from just waking up, I didn't realise I've been posting at my own profile.

It will be a tough decision to pump melee or range for Setsuna and Tieria, Tieria probably still easier with GN Bazookas still attached to Nadleeh and Seraphim.

Seeing how Setsuna is using mega beams than mega beam swords more now, he'll end up like Zeta which I had a tough time choosing melee or range. Range is Zeta's PLA, TRI and ALL, its Long Beam Sabre and Waverider is too expensive and weaker than most super robots, but still powerful. Had a tough time deciding lol

For Awakening, I had my best moments in SRW@3, my main is always with Judau, Puru and Puru 2. Together its 6 times awakening, giving 7 turns. I always take advantage of that to kill anything that needs to be killed in a single turn lol, even Keisar Ephes couldn't survive.

For SRWZ, Awakening mostly goes to Nirvash, which I once again paired up with my main to leech pp for free pp to pumo anything needed for Double Attacking. Well Double Attack is still tailored by Aquarion, amazingly strong combination it was.
