What is Zero Requiem... didn't quite understand it!?

Why didn't Lelo agree to new conditions of UFN such as lowering voting power by 20%, etc. and join UFN?

Shouldn't have Lelo tried to ally himself with the Black Knights, maybe have a talk with them ,after he became Emperor?

Is Schneizel the real bad guy - his objective of killing plenty of people all over the world with FLEIA?

Who on earth is Anya? Is she related to Lelo? Her memories were erased...

Zero Requiem was a plan crafted by Lelouch, one that would focus on him becoming the most hated villain and the source of evil in the eyes of the people of the world. And then, also part of the plan, he would be slain in front of the people by someone who had become a symbol: Zero. This way, the people lose the reason for their hatred, and they can concentrate on rebuilding the world. Its a gamble, but its one that Lelouch betted on and for the most part, it seems to have worked.

His not complying to the wishes of the UN and the Black Knights were part of Zero Requiem. If he comes off as a nice guy and complies with them, then he can't become the villain that the world needs.

Schniezel is, for the most part, the show's final antagonist. He wanted to force the world into peace by nuking anyone who felt like they should start a war. Nunnally had plans on making the Damocles into a symbol of hatred, much like Lelouch planned on doing to himself through Zero Requiem.

Anya is a little girl who was in the wrong place at the wrong time and got a taste of Marianne's Geass when Marianne was murdered. She is not related to Lelouch, and her memories were not erased, but simply masked over by false memories, courtesy of Charles and Marianne.

Well, that's the thing about Lelouch's romantic feelings (if any) it's that they're very ambiguous. It's pretty much up to your own interpretations as to who he loved. Actually the official Code Geass guidebook stated that Lelouch never had any romantic feelings for C.C., so it's pretty safe to rule her out. Thus, Kallen and Shirley are the two most-likely candidates for whom Lelouch had any romantic feelings for, if he had any at all.

Actually I wouldn't rule CluClu out. Just because Lelouch didn't have romantic feelings for C.C. doesn't mean C.C. didn't have romantic feelings for Lelouch.

What is Code-R? It is mentioned by the scientists escaping Narita, before the meet Jeremiah.

Someone should have thought about eye-gouging when facing a Geass user.

In addition, I don't know which event Lelouch would last long in regading his stamina: a large-scale battle that he has to physically exert himself in or getting laid by Kallen in bed.

For your first question, the thing about geass is that most people don't even know it exists so they would have no way of knowing that people use geass through their eyes. As for the people who do know, well, I do have to admit that would be a very practical solution, but I guess no one ever got the chance to do it.

by the time you know the person you fight against has a geass your already dead probably (since it requires to look at their eyes)

In Code Geass Picture Drama Turn 25.01.. why Milly mentions shirley and rolo but not suzaku or lelouch ?

considering that she's standing next to the two people
one of who'm "killed" suzaku and almost got executed by lelouch (as did gino, nunnaly, and nina)
and one who killed lelouch and saved the world from his "evil"
thats understandable
milly doesnt know about Z-R and so doesnt know that lelouch wasnt evil in the end

why she brings up rolo when she knows he wasnt really lelouch's brother on the other hand is a mystery
