You're complaining about the nonsensical lyrics in Kaze no Tadoritsuku Basho? In my opinion, the song "Ana" from Clannad was way, way, WAY worse... And those lyrics were actually confirmed as official. *If the lyrics you provided were from an official source, then please ignore that last part*
And way back in this thread, someone posted a different, considerably more "sense-making" set of lyrics, which, to me at least, seemed a lot more accurate than the ones that seem to be floating around everywhere else:

Spoiler:

I usually can't stand rap, but I find it was really done well in the ED, especially the transition to the chorus. I'm no audio geek though...

And why do you shure that they used an official source ? Or listening skill again ? They can be wrong too.

Yes, I know they could be wrong. I just thought their take on it seemed a lot more accurate.

I've got an another variant from lyricwiki :

Spoiler for click:

I really don't what is this... So, what's the result ? Looks like no one really knows original lyrics from this part.

It is the second song from the album "White Wind ONE & Kanon informality arrange album" Real Season 2

Have a peek at the bottom of this site or here. It's the only [legal] info I found.

It's a fully subbed version of the ED.

Littm 2008-11-20 07:02

True engrish lyrics, oh yes.

Um, the description says that they're not official... And they seem even less believable than the other variations, so sorry, not really helping. We're still just as clueless as to what the lyrics are supposed to say, and I kinda think the only way to find out is if the person who actually WROTE the song showed up and told us... And that's even less likely than Key making a visual novel without drama in it.

The way covered in snow by Anemoscope is my favorite song from the series:

Re: BGM

Okay, so I'm going thru the series, and trying to find pieces of music that I'd like to use as inspiration for scenes (I'm a writer, as well as a GM for RPGs), and I stumbled across one that I'd really like to use, but I can't ID it for the life of me.

The piece is:

The track that plays in the background during episode 17, from 08:11 to 10:11.

It's the scene that starts with Yuuichi and Shiori talking at the fountain, and it ends with Yuuichi asking Shiori if it's too late for her to recover...that one.

I'm not expecting a response right away, but if someone could help me out here, that'd be great.

Thanks!

Most if not all of the soundtrack is on youtube. All you need is the youtube to mp3 converter & you can download them. Besides that I think they sell it in some places but that'd be sooo hard to find. >_<

Well, it's been like, 6 months since I last watched the series, but I seem to recall that being the remix of "A Newborn Wind" from the "Recollections"-album. At least, I'm pretty sure that one was used somewhere near the end of episode 24.

It's "Morning Lights (Asakage)," the title screen BGM from the original VN. The version that plays in Episode 14 during Sayuri's reminiscence scene is different from the original, though.

Ah, I had absolutely no idea! Thanks, though I wonder if they ever released the other version used here.
