I don’t think this is a spoiler because I honestly don’t think Kui intended it to be ambiguous. Izutsumi is a girl. She’s also pure awesomeness as a character.

It implies she is mostly cat.

I hope Izutsumi gets better, because she made this episode insufferable to watch.

Why the hate for Izutsumi (Asebi)?

Because she's an annoying brat. The actual babies in Okaeri, Tadaima generally behave better then her.

Kabru's disgust at eating monsters makes more sense now, even Shiro was shocked he actually managed to eat given his backstory. He's willing to go very far to achieve his goals. He believes Laois is a dumbass, which still makes him better than the Elves so he's betting on him to conquer the dungeon and trying to buy time so it doesn't end in a disaster like what happened to his hometown.

The gang meeting the people of the old kingdom who are now immortals (and not enjoying it) was interesting. Laois is apparently the prophesied hero who will free them all.

At some point of the episode, Senshi was just lying in bed half-naked waiting to be painted like a French girl. That got a good laugh out of me. Second funniest moment was Marcille trying out the first very avant-guarde outfit.

anyway, their objective doesn't change. In the end if they want to save falin they need to face the lunatic magician just now that if their succeed then laios will become a king lol.
