well this novel has a lot of potential and it has cute characters and illustrations (this helps a lot) i'm looking forward to read the rest ;D

Well the illustrator is tsunako(chou jigen game) just knowing that hooked me up with this novel XD.

The girl doesn't remind me of anyone at all. And is this an active project in BT? I will be looking out for this. The translated ones are too short for me to even give it a good comment.

It is active...as I said in the BT Facebook page, jonathanasdf is doing it. Doesn't mean that he's as fast as Code-Zero (a.k.a. n0m@n) or Zephyrus, but it's still in translation...unless that the translator is taking care of editing Shana.

A lot of LN adapted into anime nowadays. Campione! also got itself an anime I heard, at first I thought it was somekind of Soccer LN.:heh:

I still don't know or understand why the heck does the protagonist need to date the spirit to save the world. Anyone can explain the whole thing?

The answer is right near the end of Volume 1. It is a spoiler since the translation project was just started. But before that, he has to date that spirit in Volume 1 to calm her down because the spirit's mental state is a bit unstable and is constantly in the state of despair as she thinks that all humans are out to kill her.

As to why it have to be the protagonist, let's say that he is chosen by the organisation to date the spirit maybe of the fact that the leader (or one of the leaders) of that organisation is his younger sister and she understands him the best.

Read the novel and you will know the full answer.

i would be happy to read the rest but the translator is really slow so we cannot get angrier at the guys that want to know more about the novel (not that i think that the translator is doing nothing in his real life so be patient okay? ^--^

Though if you ask in a general way, normal protagonists always get involved without realizing it.
