On the Pita Ten one, the font and it's color really doesn't fit. I'd agree tho that it's a bit tough one on that to rally place the font anywhere, since there are two figures on the sig, only leaving a tight space between them. You could also switch the red border with a black one.

The second one is a bit too big when it comes to height. I would reduce it to 150 px for example. Also you could add above the KasumiGirl a little quote or something, since the place looks a bit empty. But the sig overall gives a nice feeling. Maybe you should play with the bright pink a bit and make it softer, then it would look even better.

Okay im starting a new project - Lucky star animated sigs ^__^

Here is my first one..the quality isnt stunning and it could have turned out much better. But i really like it ^__^

Yay for animated!!! but you could save some quality to the left side if you sliced the image and saved the left side as a jpeg or png and the right side as gif, that way the left side wont be restricted to the 256 colors of an gif image ;)

It's pretty cute, BUT. You shouldn't have made the upper special border for the text since it cuts Tsukasa's head/ribbon and doesn't look good. Just place the text on the upper right corner and take away the stuff. It would def. Look better that way.
