When I saw the thread name, I cried a little with happiness.

While I wasn't totally won over by the first season, I welcome this (unsurprising) news with open arms. Yuru Yuri had this strange charm to it that made it more fun than the average schoolgirl-based comedy. I'll kick a kitten if Oota Masahiko doesn't return as the director, though, because he really made Yuru Yuri worth watching. Please don't pull a Minami-ke Okawari...

With the show's BD and DVD sales being around 6k per volume, this was to be expected.

Not that I'm complaining, I loved the first season (even if it took me a while to really get into it).

This is really, really good news. Cheered me the hell up.

I think she made a cameo somewhere in the first season, but I just can't remember where.

I consider this extremely excellent news! Not just because I really, really loved this series, but I consider its success a good thing overall for Yuri in general.

So I wonder when will this come out? Its probably too late for Spring 2012, so maybe Summer? Though I think maybe Fall is more likely.

I am overjoyed from seeing this news. But please, for the love of god, retain the quality of the first season. It will break my heart if it turns into a Minami-ke.

Actually I also quite remember that name being shouted at the start of each episode. But I always wondered why.
I mean there's no character in the story that's called "Akarin"... makes no sense...

Favorite Summer 2011 series for me, so this news is good enough to shout "Akarin". Let's just pretend I said it enough times to drive people insane.

OMG, second season already!? That was fast consider the first season is not even a year old, but if the sales tell anything, it sounds promising. Our beloved resident genki girl Kyouko is very wellcome, and I really can’t wait to see evil pink-hair version of Azusa making her return next year.

I think its because its hard to pull off. Well they can't be too tsun-tsun or the whole believability of them actually hanging out collapses, and if they are too dere, then they are not an actual tsundere couple. Honestly Himawari X Sakurako is the only tsundere couple I can think of that actually hangs out together and not through some plot contrivance.

As long as the background and secondary characters do not turn into Voids Of Nothing I think we will be fine. (How the hell someone though that was a good idea I honestly do not know.)

I think she might be related to Voldemort in Harry Potter. When people talk about her it usually goes like,"Hay “you know who” she is?" and followed by,"You know that girl "she whose name must never be mentioned/remembered." Sounds like Voldemort to me.

Considering that there is already seven volumes of manga in the on going Yuru Yuri series, plus side series that take place at their school and Yuru Yuri anthologies, I would say yes.

I hope Akarin's sister will show up this time. I've been looking forward to her appearance ever since we saw her room in the very first episode.

Well, s/he at least recognizes her, that should probably make her happy enough for a while.
