I would suggest:
Code Geass (2 seasons - the 2nd just finished up)
Fate/Stay Night

If you want an ongoing and very long anime that will seemingly never end:
Bleach

If you're just starting to explore anime, I suggest branching out into different genres to see what's available.

Since you're just starting out, I'd suggest you look at the Anime-Planet sticky at the top of this forum. You might also browse the ratings lists at places like AniDB or ANN.

Or just browse my signature with your mouse and see what the different pictures point to :)

Death Note, Darker Than Black, Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Devil May Cry, Ghost Hunt,...

Maybe if you tell us what genres you enjoy the most (action/adventure/sci-fi/horror/etc) I can suggest more specific stuff. ;)
