It has nothing to do with new 2.0 Master grade gundams,, it shows all those Mastergrades because they are in the up comming Gundam Game. F91 is one of them. But since theres no mastergrade out for F91 they left it blank with the word Planning. It's not sure weather they are really currently planing or not.

The_Marshal_AEB 2006-02-28 16:06

I think GFF of F91sss are nice, that's all :D and no need for MG F91(for me)

That's exactly how I interpreted that ad.

And chances are it'll probably borrow most of then design features from the MG Freedom since Freedom is mostly based off the F91.

You've never seen Gundam X, have you?

OmegaZEROCustom 2006-02-28 22:10

About the only thing I could see the F91 borrowing from a CE kit might be the way the Destiny's rear-mounted weapons are mounted on the HG kit, but I haven't built enough MG's to know if there is a similar system used that could hold the VSBR's.

I just don't see any of the Freedom in the F91...

If by that you mean the top torso is Double X's then I've seen GX many many MANY times over. (Actually its my fave AU -_-)

I was more talking about the weaponry....Freedom's weaponry borrows alot more from F91 and its variations including the twirly twin beam sabers.

Spoiler:

Spoiler:

Actually I find this unsurprising since F91, Double X and Freedom are all Okawara designs......thats probably why I see similarities

Oh and a stand would be nice too n_____________n

They're more likely to design the mountings uniquely for the kit. The MG line is a fair bit more prestige than the HG line so i doubt they'll skimp on the design (production is the only place they skimp on with MG kits :heh: )

True, I wouldn't expect them to just up and clone the one from the Destiny, but maybe use it as a base and improve on it and bring it to an MG quality. But if they do end up simply developing a new setup, that would be useful in the future for a possible Destiny MG, so either way they go, whether it be upgrading the HG setup or creating a brand new one, I can see it paying off in the long run.

W-General 2006-03-01 14:04

I would've much prefered MG Turn A and Turn X :(

And gimme my MG V2AB, with all its insanely Long Range Cannon goodness and insanely bulky armor goodness. Oh, and add insanely long plastic Wings of Light to it as well :D

but for the moment, i guess I'll settle for MG F91 :D

oh, I hope they don't forget to make the MG F97 (Crossbones) as well :D

I can't imagine that looking very good......they'd need some crazy setup to pull it off......though I can see it happening....someday

Very nice collections :D and falling stuff are one of the reasons why they created display cases :D

I really like the Gundam Kai Space Type you have, the backpack reminds me of the one used on the GM Command.

Sety 2006-03-02 06:27

Question but did you use the PG Strike decal? I think I recognize the GAT-X102 sticker on its shoulder. Other than that it looks awesome.

The "102" decal is from the MG Gundam kit.

Sety 2006-03-02 08:33

Ah I wasn't aware that PG Gundam came with that decal too o_o

Nice decaling work. I really like the Earth Federation symbol at the top of the cockpit hatch, it fits in there nicely.

JanthraX^ 2006-03-02 14:20
