Seed Destiny #34 HG 1/144 Strike Freedom Gundam to color some missing colors can I use those Gundam Markers such as this http://cgi.ebay.com/Gundam-Finishing...QQcmdZViewItem
|
Yes of course you can use gundam markers to color 1/144... the result woudln't necessarily be extremely satisfying (depending how serious a modeller you are)... because put simply, gundam markers are the worst tools to use to color your gundams with...
just great... NOW they release 1/100 I.justice... AFTER i get the 1/144... -_-' gotta hate bandai. :frustrated: |
The 1/144 IJ is still a great kit. I plan to put the 1/144 into the subflight lifter "surfboard" pose after I get the 1/100. Hopefully they'll follow the Limited Edition trend the SF and Destiny got and give us a stand with it.
|
I wish for stand also for 1/100 IJ ......cannot imagine what 1/100 Legemd/ Akatsuki will be like....keeekeee....i'm dreaming....

Just wondering does anyone know where to get some of those model stands?
Preferably one for a 1/144 Wild Falken model, although its no Gundam I saw a stand in some random pic being used and I figured it might be some Gundam model stand suitable for 1/144 models. |

not sure whether it will suit 1/144 as I don't have 1/144 models myself... |
I have come to hate Any Zaku models over 1/144 grade.
the armored cabling on the legs and on the head is a pain in my ass, it WILL NOT stay in the sockets for the life of me on my Zaku II Char Custom Mastergrade, And it makes my model look like shit. |
Use what Japanese modellers are doing...
get thick wire - thick enough but also malleable enough to bend easily - and put the spring sleeve and pipe pieces. The wire will stay put no matter what you do... :D |

It will stay in the little polycap receptical in the legs easier? Cause thats my main problem. |

even PG Zaku has this problem though it's not as bad as MG Zaku II. |

actually thicker than that... :D but that might do the trick provided you can bend it easily...
I've seeb a wire that's about 1.5mm thick and quite flexible... |
1/100 Infinite Justice seems nice; looks like the grapple & the beam boomerang can be detached from the shield...
1/100 Infinite Justice |
IJ 1/100 is best Destiny 1/100 released till now, but am totaly unintrested :D
... this IS the REAL thing http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y20...IKENOIRnew.jpg STRIKE NOIR |

The beam grappler and the boomerangs are a nice touch. Hopefully we will get beam blades for the leg sockets and the subflight lifter, since the 1/144 has them and I'd hate to lose those details on a larger model. And that Strike Noir...wow. I'm liking what appears to be the antiship sword in the background. I'm a little curious about the parts on the wings/sword (look at the shapes in the background and compare them to the wings) that looks like Freedom's Balaena plasma cannons. Wonder what those could be... |
Both 1/100 IJ and Strike Noir is fantastic....But i wish too that the IJ will have a stand to complement Both Destiny and SF if there is a limited edition.......
As for strike noir...the colour and design is nice....somewhatt he design adapt from all over the MS previously (Strike [ Designationtion and overall desgin]/Impulse [ 2 Anti Ship sword?]/Akatsuki[Head desgin]/SF [2 Beam Rifles and Wing design]/Freedom[ 2 Plasma Canons]/ Astray[ Leg desgin]) |
