This is actually one of the few genderbend premises in isekai that I'm okay with, along with Yasei no Last Boss Arawareta.

Is this series comedic or does it actually take itself seriously? If it's the former, it could be fun.

Kind of a mix: the plot takes itself seriously, but the characters do engage in comedic antics from time to time. It's just a nice adventure, so don't expect grimdarkness or something :heh:

I do remember reading a bit of this one. So I am looking forward to it. It could be pretty fun. Even if we have to wait for it.

But yeah the plot is pretty serious but the way they potray it make it look like a happy sunshine adventure, we are talking about nation in a brink of war, demon appearing after xx years, beast suddenly went mad etc

But the artstyle is just went full happy camper, the mc too while she is taking it somewhat seriously, she just doing it very casual way (since she is your typical OP character), and the story progress is just full of "sidequest" like attending magic competition, shopping/sightseeing in every new city, going full holiday in a giant train which basicaly a 6 star cruise lol

So yeah... i enjoy it but... the crisis just didnt feel like a crisis at all, its like you are playing mmorpg with the main npc stating that apocalypse is coming, but you just went on with sidequest, exploring the world, fhasioning your character (the mc clothes change a lot) and just enjoy the scenery lmao
