I don't know about you people but I'd be scared shitless if I was facing either Celestial Gundams in anything short of a massive fleet of cruisers and mobile suits

Innovator mobile suits that is. With innovators controlling everything. All armed with Trans-Am.

I gotta say, I'm not a fan of that design. Especially the over-the-shoulder-seravee-hands. The rest is not that bad I guess. Kudos for creativity and clean finish for whoever built this nonetheless.

After re-watching Gundam 00 S2, and looking at PG 00 reviews. I found this:
Spoiler for comparison:

So, I guess the PG 00 is faithful to the show.

Rising Dragon 2009-12-13 04:26

Yeah, we know. The smaller models have the rack move due to structural limitations.

darkstrife 2009-12-13 07:17

speaking of PG 00 raiser, i just finished my 00 gundam (will construct the oraiser soon), since i never built a PG before, the overall size is quite overwhelming, it stands at approximately 30cm and dwarfs even my MG kits

my thoughts so far:

Pros: looks absolutely awesome, really good inner and outside mechanical detail, feels very sturdy

Cons: even though the GN condensors are awesome, u have to click and hold on to them everytime u want to move a joint which can sometimes be very annoying especially the shoulder joint where you have to flip up the shoulder armor

the arms i feel were the hardest parts to build as there was a lot of small parts and you must pay a lot of attention to detail or you have to pull everything apart and start again ><

i will post some pics up soon... now on to the o-raiser :)

vektar 2009-12-13 11:26

hmm, yeah i dont really like the extra arms or the 3 gn drives, but it does look like a lot of work went into it which is a good thing it came out really well.

Spue marks too, if you look carefully. I don't paint my kits, only panel lining with topcoat after. I tried to sand the marks down, including the leftover residue from the glue but unfortunately there's only that much you can do without paint.

thanks, so i guess the core of the chest is rather similar for seraphim and 00. lol i never imagened using super glue to that extent. so far the only use i had it for was broken immoble parts of MS.

OMG!!!!!That's beautiful.I'm totally in love with this design. The 3 GN Drive is a nice touch too, with one in the shoulder and one in the back. Its not as thin as normal Flags too, which I also love because its not.

I wonder what the shoulder pieces are from?I think its something Seraphim related but I can't put a picture on where exactly from Seraphim.

The only thing I don't like about it is the multihand saber thing, other that its a beauty.

Good find,bhus.

That.............kinda of a real military color Gundam.More so than a white,yellow,blue,red combo.

My Completed PG 00 :)

my first every PG and i'm quite satisfied with the end product. i know u guys might have seen quite a few of these completed models already, but most of them are done by modellers who have been doing it for a while (like using airbrush, weathering... etc). my work is probably more 'amateur', i matted all the white parts while painting the outside armor parts using tamiya spraypaint.

the model is quite tall (see first pic) and its about the length of a 30cm/12inch ruler. i also panel lined most of the parts and applied some decals, i will post pics up of more poses when i complete the o-raiser

any comments and criticism :heh: is most welcome:D

SonicSP 2009-12-15 12:13

How long did it take u to build that? The 00 Gundam I mean.

Good job,I'm sure I don't have the patience to build a PG.

It doesnt look too bad.Seems to be not much different from the other ones I've seen, except those have more egrey on them.Maybe its the photo issues?

Ive got a request,do you mind trying to pose that in the most complicated pose you can think off?Even alot of the professional model versions I've sene have been a bit conservative in their poses, which puzzles me a bit.

Nerroth 2009-12-15 12:43

So, Hilling's Garazzo:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...RTGarazzo1.jpg

Spoiler for It's a bit heavy on a Figma stand.:

Spoiler for Now, out with the claws!:

Spoiler for And the ejection pod::

Spoiler for And also - a Figma versus Robot Tamashii showdown!:

SonicSP 2009-12-15 13:58

So what technique did you use to seperate the claws?Alot of people seemed to have done it,and I'm fairly interested in doing it myself for my nromal Garazzo.

Nerroth 2009-12-15 14:00

I didn't.

The Robot Tamashii Garazzo comes with two sets of beam-claw-hands - one pair spread out, the other bunched together. I put one from each pair on as an example.

X207 2009-12-15 16:33

very nice color scheme with the garrazzo. the green goes well with it.

See I was going to compliment him on that too, but then I realize it just came like that...
