M_Flores 2006-08-06 02:01

I hope the girl comes with the RX-78

grandmaster192 2006-08-06 02:15

How mutch are you guys paying for these toys? they seem pretty cheap.....maybe I just don't know what the hell I'm talking about.....

Syn13 2006-08-06 04:46

About the HUGE RX-78, has anyone seen the GP03 roughly that size(I think it's a little bigger)?
I saw it in a background of a currently running Chinese drama called The Academy(学警雄心), its in a Cafe that the students go to that has a Gundam/mech theme to it.

Just preordered the MG Crossbone on hlj. September is such a long wait. >.<

Anyway, has anyone ever kitbashed a Destiny Impulse model? I was thinking about doing it for the hell of it.

theOtherGuy 2006-08-06 20:30

I was thinking about something...did they steal the Stargazer idea from this guy? :D

Everytime i look at gundam models i have the urge to buy them. But everytime i bought them i feel guilt for wasting money on them....

What do you guys do with your models? I just put them on my table...collecting dust....do they actually serve a purpose? (apart from delivering my hard-earned money to bandai/sunrise)

Tak 2006-08-07 12:38

Well, I just recently purchased:

http://www.hlj.com/product/BAN917987 ($100)

And I don't regret it, especially since I WILL build it (sometime during my lifespan :heh:)!

^ God, I know it's a big box, but shipping is $40 for you? O_o

I'm glad I have hobby stores near me if I wanted to get the bigger sets (and considering I got most of what I wanted in Anime Expo this year too XD)

Tak 2006-08-07 12:56

Yeah, its a huge box, but I didn't get it from HLJ. Posted the link simply because they had the best representation of the product I purchased.

That is not all, I am actually planning to build some Gundam battlefield model sets, so I am thinking of purchasing quantity Gundam GSD 1/144 HG models (like 5 Murasame production...)

- Tak (No, I really don't have room to store all my gundam... my closet is full already...)

OmegaZEROCustom 2006-08-07 16:10

I bought that same set and paid around 90 for it. I ended up buying 2 of the 1/60 Strikes they made before the weapons kit version came out and so I have all 3 1/60 Strikes.

Gevurah 2006-08-07 22:28

^ Well, here's to hoping they make the rest of the PG suit parts for the PG Strike. As pretty as my PG Aile Strike is, I want more for it. XD
