Ok, I open this thread because I think it could be a good idea to post here (and of course to talk about these polls) the different character polls from japanese magazines such as Newtype, GundnewamAce etc...

Yay for Ikaros I think she is awesome =D and it looks like Lelouch and Kyon are still holding ground. Also no Lacus I am surprised O_o

Personnaly, I'm more surprised about Kira still being in the poll than Lacus not being in it :heh:

Good god, Tomoki got 5th on the male character list? Who the hell in their right mind could like that guy?

Only one I really agree with is Kyousuke. He deserves it for all he puts up with.

Can't say anything about the other series' (except K-On! and Haruhi) as I haven't watched them.

Oh yay! Kyousuke is at the top. I am really glad to see him there. After all he is done and how great he's been for his sister, it's good to see others liked him. I guess Otonashi was too flat/dead pan to get a higher ranking? I found him really funny, he was always questioning what was going on. Seeing things through his perspective allowed us to see how ridiculous things were. Like with the bonus episode I saw recently he wasn't participating, but he made things seem more ridiculous~

The male list isn't bad.

The female list... ugh. I guess I will have to agree to disgree with them. :heh:

Ika Musume should be at the top of the women's list~DeGeso

The female list isn't too surprising, but it's very nice to see Ika on it ~DeGeso!

I guess I'll have to agree with Archon Wing on the female list. I don't like any of the characters aside from SnO:F. I'm surprised it's on there though.

Poor Kuroneko. Kirino's on there, but you aren't.

Why exactly is Kirino on the list ? She's cute and ... that's about it. She's effing annoying ... period.

No complaints about the man list .. except that Touma shouldn't be there at all .. and don't know all the females. I haven't watched SnO either but really .. big busted girls from fanservice type of shows always dominate these lists don't they =_=

I agree with the Male List as they are somehow, agreeable.....
Different that the female list.........
Well, at least Ikaros got top xD

lol surprisingly a majority of the girls on that list are rather small in the chest department:p
Depending on what you would count as "big busted" I'd say there was only really 2 on that list, Ikaros and Astraea.

But as far as I know that hasn't really been the case. There is another thread somewhere that had lists from decades past and if I recall, don't think they were dominated by the "big busted" altho I could be totally mistaken on that.

For the male, i'm ok with Kyousuke because he deserve that.
Tomoki is just a fucking awesome perverted character, we don't need guy who are JUST dumb and shy when they saw a pantie. (I hate this type of characters in my ecchi anime/manga)

Kuroneko should have been on the list instead of Kirino. Suprised that Sora isn't on there, but then I remember Japanese otaku hate non virgins

I love Ikaros - she's the best thing about SnO. I hate to see that sweet, kind-hearted angeloid getting this kind of abuse!

Eh Kirino? I would have thought Kuroneko would have greater appeal. then again Kuroneko's cosplay dressing vs Kirino's more fashion conscious dressing does count against Kuroneko. No complaints aganst the others though.

Tomoki deserves his place as he has proven himself strongly principled. Sure those principles are mostly that of a pervert (and conversely that of a good person in regards to the Angeloids' situations) but he doesn't shy away from standing up for them.
