Should I wash the sprues, or cut the pieces then wash them? Just wondering, hmm I better clear my work space before I begin my (not so) major gunpla project tommorrow. I really can't decide between colour schemes, I'm going shopping tommorow so I'll see what paints they have, I might do clear red over silver like Prime92 did or just gold...

P.S paint an white GN drive cones silver it makes them look badass

Hey Guys need some help.

I stumbled upon Dalong's site and i was looking at the MG Blue Frame, I noticed that he had some extra parts that came with the Blue Frame, that is what he said unless my Korean to English translation is incorrect. But what it does say is this
" MG Astray chohoehanjeong celebrate the release of the parts are also offered compatibility Parts.
a total of 4 different types are provided
."

Basically its some addaptors for the backpack that you have the ablility to put other packs on. So if anyone has a MG Blue Frame did you get these parts? or is it something that you have to order some other place?

On Dalong's site look for MG Blue Frame and there is a information link there that says Box/runner/manuals/parts of. You should spot it there.

Thanks a bunch.

wheren't so you could swap the seed suits backpacks?

X207 2010-04-15 18:57

thank you gamerabaenre and grimreaperNL. now i remember it, i forgot that it was green production colours. i got stuck on the fact that the green never stood out much to move the plot along aside from the red bawoo.

today my 144 shiranui akatasuki and SD blitz gundam came in. i finally understand the lunacy with the SD models. the gunner zaku head is rather big but the head of the blitz gundam is even funnier with the V on the forehead. i do have a question on modifying the SD blitz. the trikeors sheild will need putty, thats the easy part to see where i need to apply it. the hard part is separating the KE darts on the sheild. theres some plastic bridging all 3 darts on both ends of the darts. is it possible to cut out the bridging without deforming/breaking the darts?

Deliverance 2010-04-15 21:59

What are the Astrays from? I know I Have seen them on Seed. But these versions with huge swords I haven't :(

I got it inside the box.. however I heard that not all of the kits carry it, so I'm not sure whether the retailer placed it inside my box or its something separate.

Its just one runner of this backpack adapter which you can use to swap backpacks between the 1/100 and MG kits.

The tamiya paint pot says 14 yrs+ then it says 'for adult modelers only' confusion, lol!

Do I really need the Tamiya Acrylic thinner to use it? are there any alternatives?

I used 91% isopropanol alcohol to thin tamiya acrylic paints.
