Like usual, Takuto just develops some new attack out of nowhere, doing a FABULOUS missile attack in which he leaps out of Tauburn to remove his opponent from his/her cybody
Keito will do the singing before Zero Time. She also appears where Mizuno used to be in the credits.
Also, the last part of the credits shows Takuto/Wako/Sugata in front of all the "old" Kiraboshi members. Possible new allies? Since Vanishing Age decided to pop up in FABULOUS fashion and take control, an enemy of their enemy is their friend. Though one of them is Banker, who is also part of Vanishing Age. Strange.

I expected a purely beach/fanservice episode, and instead got a totally over the top FABULOUS coup + all sorts of new shiznit going on in Zero Time. I know I used the FAB word, but trust me - the sparkles, poses, and everything else in one episode just almost too much to handle.

So it's confirmed that Takuto doesn't have pajamas.
Also, interesting that this same... mecha [I forgot what they're called] was used in episode 4.

- Head visited a comatose woman on a hospital
- an old man appears that monitors the island activities, possibly his Kanako's husband
- Sarina is TOPLESS!!! YESSSSS!!!
- Vanishing Age takes over the base
- Keito sings the new battle song

Head’s got someone in the hospital he visits, who I believe is being monitored by the lead Scientist from the Guild. Not sure if a man or woman, but this may very well be his main motivation. What if the person in the hospital is either the Girl or King from the story? And Head wants some way to wake them up by breaking all the seals?


Guy from he beginning everyone is probably Leon. Curious what role he may take from here.

Topless Sarina!!! Though seriously, all the beach scenes looked pretty fun and I actually find it funny that Sugata surfs. And his little fanclub watching from the beach.

Always fun to hear Yukana, especially when she’s going a playful voice like she was at points.



And Head's such a troll this week. He redeemed himself after his freak out last episode. He had spies everywhere!! And he must have been planning this for a long time with that whole show he put on with Vanishing Age.

Surprised none of the other leaders noticed Keito didn’t react at all.

Keito’s song is nice, though it feels weird hearing her sing.

I don’t get why he didn’t just finish her off, though maybe attacking the core like that actually has some risk to the Driver. It sort of looked like Head almost got hit in 16.

How the heck did they block the King’s Pillar? Did it have to do with the advance to the Third Phase so now First Phase abilities really aren’t much help?

That new attack was actually kind of hilarious.

Head certainly doesn’t seem very concerned about losing Reshbal….though no one else seems too hung up over it either.

Weird, ending change at the beginning and we see another shot of Zero Time dissolving. Still curious as to whether there’s something going on in the beginning to bring about the looks on everyone’s faces.

And there definitely is something to Sugata’s hand gesture in the ending, which may be further implication he’ll join for some reason. Odd little hint with the Kiraboshi gesture, but a nice one I guess. If you call him joining nice.

Looks like we know why Takuto’s room gets burned down. Seems like the Crux are taking their internal battles outside using fireworks.

Takuto and Sugata continue their training next episode as well. Interestingly, it seems Takuto might be learning to fight with one sword.

Sugata didn’t seem too concerned about his phase not working, though it does provide possible reasons once again. I suppose we’ll see Keito work on luring him to get Samekh and more power perhaps.

Nice episode. I concur with Dann: Head redeemed himself this week. After his visit at the hospital, he turned on his super troll mode. His constant grin was just hilarious. You'd never think he was miserably defeated last week. It's good to see his loss didn't affect him nor his plans one bit.

The battle was pretty interesting this week. It revealed that Sugata's first phase is now useless, and that Takuto lacks the resolve to kill his opponents (which was fully expected -- he's not the type of guy who would willingly hurt others). His new attack was pretty fabulous, however I'm not sure he'll be able to use it everytime. Guess he'll have to find other ways to destroy Cybodies without harming their drivers.

The two lesbians were entertaining, they couldn't have found a perfect way to screw with Wako and get her fired up (literally). Madoka's my favorite for now, mainly because she's voiced by Yukana. I had a feeling she would call herself a Galactic pretty boy as well, despite being a female. That's just how this show rolls.

Is it hinting that other factions will join forces with Takuto & co against vanishing age? The problem is that Takashi is there too, but he could be a triple agent or something.

It looked like a man to me, but it's very hard to tell for sure.

& Sarina is freaking hot!! She's got the best design in the series in my opinion. Being voiced by Maaya is also a huge plus.

You are now aware that Takuto has been sleeping in the same clothes for months. You'd think he would have bought new ones since the first episode... I sure hope he's bought underwear at the very least :uhoh:

Indeed, I was sort of worried after last week, but he honestly doesn't even seem concerned that he could die if he tries to regenerate Reshbal. That little snap to destroy the Cybercasket was the best bit.


Yeah, no real surprise about that. Though I didn't really think that the Crux really wanted to kill Takuto so much as just put Tauburn out of comission. Head even indicated he wanted to avoid such a thing.

They are quite entertaining.

Takashi could always turn back I suppose. I sort of want him to and see Simone again. The problem with this idea despite it being a nice one is that I see Keito on the far right and Undine on the other. Given that Keito has some deal with Head (which likely involves Sugata and Samekh), it wouldn't seem likely she'd help work against them.

The collar kind of seems like it as well. And is it just me or does he sort of resemble Sugata just a bit? It'd fit if he was a past bearer of the Samekh mark. Also provides a nice parallel with Takuto if Head was also friends with a Shindou.

She's definitely the most attractive and best designed of the girls in my opinion.

What surprised me was Head's announcement that the world would be theirs once they had succeeded. I really wasn't expecting anyone in the Crux to have that sort of thinking honestly. Most of them seemed more concerned with personal matters than anything like taking over the world.

Well, Keito is also on the pic, on the right.
Maybe you're right, or maybe that's just the people from the Crux interacting with the Trio at school... Can't say for sure.

When Madoka gave Takuto's line, i was hoping for her to really turn into a ginga bishoujo... Her outfit is laaaaaaaaaaaaaaame. Most of the Crux outfits are, IMO. Professor Green is the best, actually. Let's just call for a fashion designer !! :heh:

I think the woman in the coma at the beginning is Takuto's mother.

And the girls' outfits from Vanishing Age are ridiculous! I mean, really? It had to be that anatomically correct? :heh:
