^Looks just too cool to be overlooked :D Is it me, or the colours seem somewhat darker than in HG 1/100?

The packs don't seem to have their paint schemes yet.

Oh, I get it. Still we can see the darker versions of basic colors there. And I dunno, but they kinda look nice that way :)

ZOMG! There is a god in this world after all... Striker packs FTW! =D Will it be two separate kits or just one big box with both packs included?

Copy Ninja Kakashi 2008-02-22 09:57

Whoo MG Strike with striker pack!!. Good thing I didn't bought the MG Aile Strike. It will look good next to the my IWSP :-)

justsomeguy 2008-02-22 11:14

-__-;;;

That would be the 5th Strike variation I buy (got Aile, IWSP, Rouge, Noir). Too bad it doesn't come with a Skygrasper.

LightningZERO 2008-02-22 11:54

You just gave Bandai another idea to sell MG Strike Variant

MG Aile Strike + Sky Grasper!!!!

beamknight87 2008-02-22 12:11

Yeah, there was Lightning Pack that was supposedly destroyed during a training session but wasn't there YET another Striker pack with the Barrelguns of the very first mobile armor Mwu piloted? That orange thing, I remember seeing that configuration in a game working as some kind of funnels lol
Anyways, I'm glad they are finally releasing both packs, I always preferred the Sword Striker, It's real cheap way from Bandai to milk us but what the heck, it's worth it for me.

Could this possible mean that in the future Bandai will release a *gasp* PG Strike with ALL 3 packs included O_O?

The HG Nu also looks very good ^^

duotiga 2008-02-22 12:15

i am expecting strike e variant of sword n launcher striker initially.....maybe later?

LightningZERO 2008-02-22 12:44

Throw in Strike E + Aile as well, and don't forget the Strike Rouge variants!

MakubeX2 2008-02-22 17:38

1/100 Virtue-Nadleeh's progress :- 40%

Impression :-

Nadleeh's head with Virtue parts is quite out of place, you can't almost see the eyes with the head amour on.

Nadleeh will look prefect, if it's not entirely a piece of white plastic.

The only thing that looks good so far is the Bazooka. But like all other Virtue's parts, you need to bring your own paint.

Ironically, Virtue is painting hell. Nadleeh is panel lining hell.

Mwu's Moebius Zero? I don't remember it being a striker pack, though I wouldn't mind seeing it as a pack. Strike with Moebius funnels = total badass! :)

duotiga 2008-02-22 19:03

it would be cool if they can release outframe astray.....can use striker packs, wizard packs, n impulse packs.....

beamknight87 2008-02-22 20:31

Here is it what I was talking about, the AQM/E-X04 Gunbarrel Striker

http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/seed-msv/aqme-x04.htm

Aside that, just bought a RX-121-1 Hazel Custom. Seems to me that ZGundam has the best MSV of all

sword.impulse 2008-02-22 20:42

I think there should be some other CE MGs...

Justice anyone???

beamknight87 2008-02-22 20:47

More like Infinite Justice or Akatsuki, heck, a Red Astray would be fine too but no... why the heck they chose to release the MG of Strike Rouge instead >_<?

LightningZERO 2008-02-22 22:42

Because it's the repaint of Strike :)

EXACTLY my point dear sir.

I don't mind to offend anyone, but was anyone... GENEROUS (instead of using some other way TOO offensive word :D) to actually BUY the MG Strike Rouge actually having either other Strike (MG, PG)?

I wonder how Bandai determines which models get the MG treatment. Design/popularity/requests/ability to convert it into a kit/all of the above?

You be using spray paints?

how bout a MG Saviour? :D

beamknight87 2008-02-23 00:39

or a MG of a Zaku, the ones of the CE are quite different from the UCE ones

Critias 2008-02-23 00:41

Keep all your CE MG's.

I'm still praying for MG Gundam X.

Oh and MG Strike + Striker Packs is a must for me.

beamknight87 2008-02-23 00:47

V2 Assault Buster MG or Double X would be totally kickass.

Given that most MG's since Unicorn have been re-remakes I DO hope that Bandai is developing a new model worthy enough of such long wait

philmein 2008-02-23 00:53

If they make a Sazabi v 2.0, then it'll be an instant buy for me regardless of price..

What's a good, cheap modeling kit to use for practice?

The only thing good about the 1/100 Virtue Kit is Nadleeh. The Virtue part require lots of painting if you want to make it look good.

Those lazy about painting should just stick to Nadleeh if they ever purchase this kit.

LightningZERO 2008-02-23 08:54

Wow. Nice panel lining!

silencer.001 2008-02-23 09:07

Nicely done indeed

I still need to panel line my MG Unicorn

LightningZERO 2008-02-23 09:17

After I break it's horn and stuck it in Unicorn Form, I don't even feel like completing its lower body :heh:

Kyrios seems to have the same problem with unpainted parts too although its probably to a lesser extent . Requires a little bit more painting compared to Exia and Dynames to look "anime-like" . Probably has something to do with the transformation gimmick and wanting to make a bigger profit.

duotiga 2008-02-23 10:45

looking forward for mine to come!!!!

Is the 'hair bendable'?

Well, I did get both HG 1/144 Aile Strike and HG 1/144 Strike Rouge+IWSP if that counts... >_> But I ended up selling Strike Rouge to a desperate friend. He ruined the kit by the way. *rolls his eyes*

Oh God, please no. Those nothing-but-a-second-rate-trying-hard-copy-cat rip offs of Zakus, Doms, Goufs, etc are a disgrace to the original UC suits.

Sazabi's a pretty damn good kit. It doesn't need a 2.0 treatment, in my opinion. I wouldn't mind seeing a 2.0 GM, though. Or at least a GM with a OYW inner frame. Either one would be awesome. :)

Could you show us a picture of it equipped with Virtue armor? =)

philmein 2008-02-23 14:13

^
Is it really a good kit?
The Sazabi didn't really get a high score from Dalong....

The hair might look soft upon first lok, but it's actually quite hard.

Here's a closer shot.

All in due time. If you have the 1/144 HG Virtue, the Virtue Armour is almost exactly of the same colour template. It's that bad when compared to the previous 3 1/100 kit.
