Im gonna keep my exia in the R1 mode so it dont really matter if it comes with just one head or not and i doubt it will need glue maybe the one whats his name saw was a prototype kit or not a mass production version.

Polar_Lord 2009-07-02 00:00

Is it just me or does the Arios GNHW/M come with both its normal rifle and its BFG?

GameraBaenre 2009-07-02 00:35

Well, I was kinda surprised that the fit sucked so much. *shrug*

GN0010 Nosferatu 2009-07-02 02:30

I'll tell ya, Arios Gundam looks so complete with the heavy weapons set.

yusawateva 2009-07-02 05:36

just bought trans-am riser
should i add lines to it at all?
im planning on useing the green marker for the condensers instead of stickers like i always do though

randus 2009-07-02 06:31

Why don't you get some transparent paint for the condensers? At least you can still use and see the stickers after that. ^^

A fan's variation of Kong Ming Nu :-

Frankly, it looks way better than the official release.

SonicSP 2009-07-02 10:03

I've got a question about a specific paint.

So what does Flat Base do?I seem to have Mr. Color no.30 "Flat Base-additive for flat"[Not sure what it means]

Also, what is the right way to use this,do I need mostly thinner, the liquid itself is pretty thick it seems.........would using too much thinner damage the models? Thanks.

~Destiny~ 2009-07-02 11:13

I cant comment on how to use it since I only use canned topcoats but I think the flat base is just so the finished model will have a matt finish to it.

I'm guessing.. GUESSING that you're supposed to mix it with regular paint(?)

And, that fan made Kong Ming Nu look Beautiful to say the least =D That picture of it with all 12 funnels out is pure epic-ness

Nerroth 2009-07-02 13:03

I got a look at the custom of the GRM Gundam in the new Hobby Japan, and it looks even better as a figure than it does in lineart!

Man, I hope they'll release some kind of kit for that someday...

I got bored so I took a few pics of my first MG ever. This was built a good 3-4 years ago btw so my models are slightly better now

Well,I was hoping it would do the same thing as a topcoat flat spray, which Ive never used, for that matter, this is my first airbrush project,an experniment/practice to speak.

I did mixed it with thinner,I did not use any paint with it though,it's definitely to sticky to spray on it's own.....it could actually be my airbrush technique however.I mixed most of it with thinnermit does create a slight whiteish liquid.

Basiscally what happened is that white effects appeared on it,but this is only after the things has dried however,it was clear before it dried.

Maybe I'm using the wrong type of paint or that my technique is too close....or my thiiner is too much/little.

To this day, i consider Freedom one of the best Mg designs ever. As much as I hated the Strike Freedom, I loved the original one.

On the side note, I just got my Hg Hiling's Garazzo! Now off to assemble :D

I totally agree that Freedom is the best MG design, and probably one of the best designs that i seen in the gundam universe besides the Nu. The only thing i don't really like about the Freedom are the shoulders i don't know what they were smoking when they made the shoulders but they could of been better.

Thanks for all the comments guys. I guess the Pictures are too low res to notice the many MANY seams that I didn't bother sanding down :heh:

I've been uploading pics of my MG's in the order I've built them under the request of a friend of mine, so hopefully I won't bee TOO lazy and get this done and over with this summer :D
