i had a look at the PG section of the Hobby Search website and there has only been one PG over 20k Yen and that is Pearl coating Wing Gundam, even the strike Rouge + Skygrasper was only 19000Yen... if i actually buy this which will be most likely over $320AUD (inc shipping), i probably have to give up uni and take up 5 different jobs jus to pay it off lol

Why would you want a normal Arios? It's so plain and boring, the GNHW way better, no?

Yeah but I spoilt my normal Arios recently quite badly and while the GNHW is great on its own,I like to know that I can make it into a normal Arios again.

If I cant make it into a normal Arios with the GNHW kit,I may be thinking of buying another normal Arios in the future. If I can,I'm better of buying another GNHW kit then.Considering I'm going to have 2 versions of Cherudim and Seravee,it just feels weird not to have two versions of Arios as well.

nice pic, youre lucky you got it already, the place im hoping to get it from will still take some time:(. how well do the feet work as far as stability goes?

i have a question to all of you who do linework details on their models. ive decided to try line work on my 144 andy custom gaia. i got a set of fine bruushes to use but often it goes on a bit too much. now im cutting down on the quanitity of paint on thr brush. since this is the first time im trying it i find that in times i put on too much i can rub of the extra and clean it away leaving some in the lines themselves. this works decently but are there any other small tricks? whenever my chance to buy the gadess comes along i plan to do the linework.

If by linework you mean panel lining, you may want to try using pens for a start. Look for pens with tips of size 01 or 005. Otherwise the methods of panel lining are a search away.

Anyone here bought the Reborns Gundam/Cannon kit yet?

I'm planning to get one from Gundam Fiesta(Singapore) later today.

If I do, i'll make sure I'll post some reviews up if no one else has done so.

MG Exia and Ignition Mode?

Hey, What the difference between the MG Exias? Does the regular MG Exia come with the LED lights but just without Broken Exia parts?

It's supposed to be yes. The Ahead's official stats puts it at about 20.6 meters in height, while the Flag is only 17.9. And with the Ahead's bulk considered, then yes it should be that much bigger than a Flag.

The regular MG Exia does not come with the LED lights: you'll have to get the Ignition Mode to get them and the Exia Repair parts. The Ignition Mode MG Exia also comes with chrome-plated blades for the GN Sword and GN Blades.

...and yet, though larger, the Ahead will never match the "coolness factor" of the Flag.

Would this be the first time a Gundam series had the mobile suits become bigger, rather than smaller?

*points to Gundam F91 and V Gundam*

And CelestialNocturne, I didn't know the Flag was cool at all.:p

They got bigger before they got smaller in UC. The Nu Gundam was somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 meters in height...

It's out next Thursday, on the 10th. And that's in Japan. It may not reach Singapore that quickly, unless it's the same case as 0 Gundam and Exia R2...

I'm gonna get mine from the Gundam Fiesta too, though.

i got the same shelf as u lol, its quite cheap coming from IKEA, but the build quality is quite average, as it wobbles if theres a moderate force applied to it or if ur moving it... running out of room on mine though lol

If I recall, Bandai announce there will be 2 MG from UC franchise released during September 2009 to February 2010, so MG Guntank is one of those 2?
After Exia got MG treatment, I'm kinda looking forward for another MG treatment from 00 (somehow excluding Astraea as it's only a matter of time :)))
