Well, I do mention the words Robot Tamashii in the post, so...

...but yeah - I like its scheme a hell of a lot better than the one my HG is in. (Sorry, Bring.)

my first every PG and i'm quite satisfied with the end product. i know u guys might have seen quite a few of these completed models already, but most of them are done by modellers who have been doing it for a while (like using airbrush, weathering... etc). my work is probably more 'amateur', i matted all the white parts while painting the outside armor parts using tamiya spraypaint.

the model is quite tall (see first pic) and its about the length of a 30cm/12inch ruler. i also panel lined most of the parts and applied some decals, i will post pics up of more poses when i complete the o-raiser

any comments and criticism :heh: is most welcome:D

Hey i was just wonderin, what tamiya colors did you use on the 00. I am planning to spray paint my 00 as well and i wanted to know what colors of each you used. Thanks

rocawarde 2009-12-15 18:34

Hi Guys, I was wondering if anyone know a site that actually showed the 00 Gundam Seven sword system having two GN buster sword II on both cones????:(

Im trying to fine a pic of one myself

The Robot Tamashii Garazzo comes with two sets of beam-claw-hands - one pair spread out, the other bunched together. I put one from each pair on as an example.

I thought it looked too nice, like very manufactured. The seperate claw technique I mean.

But it has been done before in a few other HG Garazzos, does anybody know the process needed to do it?I know that it somehow involved heating and cooling it with hot water or something but the details elude me.

for the white, i just used Mr Hobby Flat spray paint, for the blue i used Brilliant Blue, for the red i used Bright Red, for the fingers i used Black

thats basically it, i used Gunmetal for some parts such as the thrusters on its backback

hope this helps, i will do more poses once i construct the stand and the o-raiser, i think the reason why other modellers are limiting the poses is that every joint uses the GN condensor and can sometimes be a bit annoying (especially the shoulder condensor).

Hey I was wondering about something.

Is it possible for me to modify my normal Seravee into a GNHW Seravee by taking the parts from the GNHW kit?As in taking the extra parts without buuilding a new main frame?

Also, could the same be done with the Cherudim and Arios as well?

Yes you could. The GNHW kits are just additional runners for the normal kits after all. Seravee requires part swapping of the shoulder armour though.

Spoiler for Seravee GNHW kit manual:

It's not just the orange claws, but the shape of the hand they are connected to. You'd have to re-work that to make it look right, perhaps.

It is nice, but methinks Meiya overshadowed it, in terms of my own interest!

(And speaking of which, one of the other units from Meiya's setting looks really, really cool - like an Overflag or Enact with extra GAR thrown in for good measure! I really hope there'll be more than just a custom build for that someday...)

Thanks for answering.

Can someone explain to me exactly what Robot Damashii is? I know that it's a line of models, obviously... They don't require construction...? Are they good?

SonicSP 2009-12-16 23:11

Their actions figures, and no no contruction needed.I don't own one so I don't know but their much more pricier than a HG 1/144 in general I think.

Haven't heard anything bad about them,I'm sure Nosferatu would be replying on this one soon.

Just think of them as a more playable gundam model that is previously built. Like an action figure.

More like the Trans-Am box arts rule. They do always seem to be the better looking.

But the thing is,the earliar pictures was not even close to promising, they just seemed like the same as the normal versions with slight shade of pink so I do hope that Bandai was playing a practical joke on us by releasing those pics because otherwise.

I sense Trans-Am Gadessa and Garazzo on the way,Bandai looks like their going to milk this to the end.

I just wished they milked the 2nd Generation Gundams as well the ones from 00V on the HG size.

Depends on how much you like the suit and how much you like the Trans-Am effect on it.

I personally found the trans-am color on plastic is a bit odd. The sole reason I bought the Trans-am Raiser is because of all the weapons.

And unfortunately, the normal 00-Raiser with GN Sword III came out some odd weeks later...

SonicSP 2009-12-17 15:12

That's Bandai for you.

LOL I bought it,painted mine and then Bandai released it.Damn Bandai and their evil genius marketing startegists.

Seriously?! And in 1/144 scale!:twitch:

SonicSP 2009-12-18 05:10

OMG!!!!!!My prayers have been asnwered!!!!!A HG 00 Gundam 7 Sword.......AND with the GN Sword II blaster?????!!!!!!!!!!!This sounds too good to be true.

Glad its not on the horrid 1/100.Hope this news is reliable.I'll die of misery and heart attack if it turned out to be incorrect.

Thanks for the post,Makube.

GrahamAker 2009-12-18 05:28

hg 1/144 masurao by mm2

hg 00 7 sword thats great! it should have that blaster thing!

Un1ver5e 2009-12-18 05:58

Looks like the same lousy leg joints unfortunately.

SonicSP 2009-12-18 06:00

The legs don't looks much sturdier I'm afraid. At least from what I'm observing from those.

This is for real right? :twitch: man now I'm really happy bet they would also release the 1/100 scale :D - hope they include the GN Sword II blaster

Edit: LOL Nightwing would be so happy to hear this ;)

SonicSP 2009-12-18 07:38

According to info from the site,it should due to the letter G at the end.

I still think this is too good to be true, but if it is true then this is one of those times where I won't mind Bandai milking the series.

[Daydreamz.......]
My HG 00 weapon set........complete!!!!

Until they release another addition, and knowing Bandai, they may even release another sidestory that adds to 00's weapon list. And later on,this would probably even get a Trans-Am version.......

Kagekyuubi 2009-12-18 07:49

I just added three new gunpla to my shopping list because of this page... Curse you Bandai and your marketing strategies. I still want to a HG Sefer Rasiel Kit though.

MakubeX2 2009-12-18 08:00

IMO, It's just a matter of time before they pump out the kits anyway actually.

First, looking at the present suitation, Bandai is running out of new design to model. They could go ahead and do those new movie design, but it's too early for that. So what options do they have aside from turning to older but still popular materials to keep people interested ?

It would not be long now before they come up with stuffs like HG Advanced GN-X and HG 1 Gundam.

PS :- IIRC, It was around this time last year they announced the PG Red Frame....
And now we have a MG Red Frame. Perhaps next Fall will be the MG OO's turn.

Tormenk 2009-12-18 08:23

If there's a 00 7S coming, other MSVs might follow suit soon. HG 00 MSV line perhaps?

And Red Frame in Feb. Perfect timing for the CNY lol.

pumpkins 2009-12-18 08:48

:( i havent finished my NG 1/100 red frame yet. :(

darkstrife 2009-12-18 08:50

Hmmm the MG Red Frame does sound interesting , i got the 1/100 already so chances are i wont get it...

on another note, i finised my PG 00 Raiser yayyyyy!!!

http://img694.imageshack.us/img694/503/dsc00303o.th.jpg
http://img694.imageshack.us/img694/8...c00304t.th.jpg
http://img46.imageshack.us/img46/1778/dsc00305l.th.jpg

now for anyone thinking about getting this kit in the future, here are some brief notes to help make ur decision easier:

* the raiser wings DONT sag downwards when you rotate them in a high position
* equipping any of the effect parts on the GN swords will weigh the arms down and thus even with the GN condensor the arms will sag and thus any aerial pose is almost impossible
* the GN sword III is quite heavy however some poses (see pic) can still be done but my dynamic ones will be difficult
* if combining the two GN sword II parts together to make a double bladed sword, the arms can hold it without any sagging (even if held horizontally)

hope this clears up anything, once again any comments and criticisms are very welcome :D
