They're only showing the Titus parts...same waist design from the Normal runners then?

Oh silly Appel, you forget you can just paint a normal Stike in the deactive colours:p:heh:

But yea is kinda a bummer you don't get the deactive colours, would quite like that myself.

The RX-79(G) reminds me what is the MG Gouf Custom like?
That any good?
For a nice breezy 2400yen I'm very interested.

I would assume the waist, torso, and head units would be the same parts.

You will see the actual MG Age-1 Titus a bit more in detail. =)

if you are willing to paint it like that, sure. but many people dont want to paint their models^^
the gouf custom is supposed to be rather good but ive heard that it cant hold the huge gatling gun well at all. so you cant really pose it in any way :P the HG is supposed to be way better!

I have the MG gouf custom. You can pose it very well, but it has weight issues, the gating gun is so huge (too huge if you ask me) and by consequence heavy that it will drop the arm after a while if you pose it in a firing position.

Personally, i love my little HCM Pro gouf custom :p

HasuMasu 2012-03-06 04:44

MG Titus looking nice, is it just me ore does the red look more defined on the MG?

I'm pretty sure the first time I saw the HG it looked very brown/orange.

hm.. i'm wondering where those 2 red parts on the right go? I can't see anywhere else with red on the waist area. Can't be the center red piece cos you'll only need 1 of them. and the side skirt parts are joined to the back piece on the left. ???

Small pieces on the right? Look like the connectors for the shoulders, where in the anime the arms attach to.

the before image is this

which clearer shows the small ones are the side skirts & big ones are the back skirts & even smaller ones are the shoulder joint

oh, thanks. didnt think of that cos it was put together with the waist parts. hmm, the connector doesnt look very long, hopefully it's strong enough to hold the arms.

MG Banshee 1st review

http://www.gunjap.net/site/?p=51367

so it does comes with the i-field shield (but not the beam magnum & bazooka)& the glow in the dark is nice

casval cehack 2012-03-06 10:24

The claw looks oversized in this scale compared to the HGUC, in a good way.

duotiga 2012-03-06 10:38

double craziness for me last wk

redoing it again for the 2nd time

Appel 2012-03-06 10:53

ive been thinking about ordering the zeta 2.0 last month... but i already ordered the RX-79(G) and pre-ordered the banshee^^ maybe ill get it next month, i dont know yet.

duotiga 2012-03-06 10:55

For me now all the new kits can on hold till further notice as will be avail over here. so sourcing for old kits/rare kits which i find is nice

Mega Size, 1/48 Age-2 Normal

Oh man~ Looks like the MG Age-2 Normal is being made by Bandai right now and soon to be released? I bet the Double Bullet will come out soon as well...

suiton629 2012-03-06 14:04

Hey. I just found out about the 1/100 No Grade Exia Roll Out Colors... Should I get it? Thinking about getting that and the MG Age-1 Normal at the same time once I somehow scrap up some extra money (after bills... =( )

LOL, where have you been? I posted about it a page ago where you posted almost right below me :D.
And yeah, Exia Roll Out Color is a no-brainer for me since I like the color scheme more than the original. The kit itself is solid there’s almost no complain about it if not for those flimsy saber holder on Exia’s waist. Now, it’s up to you. It's cheaper than any recent MGs. If you like the color, might as well buy it. ;)

suiton629 2012-03-06 14:32

I might as well get it since I have...

NG 1/100 Avalanche Exia
NG 1/100 Astrarea
NG 1/100 Astraea Type F

MG Exia
MG Exia Ignition Mode
MG 00 Raiser
MG 00 7 Sword G
MG 00 Qan[T]

=P

Now I just need this roll out version of Exia and hopin Bandai notices how much I want the MG Exia R2. Been posting on GG Infinite, YouTube, here, and a lot of other places. I have about 12 or so user names (and they're all different and not similar at all). bhahahhaahh

RX93-2 2012-03-06 16:01

Unless you are in Japan they really don't care.

duotiga: How would you rate the HG Age2 kit?

Oh and the HG 1/144 Age-2 Normal...? It sucks compared to the inevitable MG version....bwhahahah

RX93-2 2012-03-06 16:13

That wasn't my question, and it might not be true since there are a few HG's better than their MG counterpart.

A few? Name some.

=)

But overall, if you had unlimited money and space wasn't an issue in your home...you would get an HG kit or a MG kit?

RX93-2 2012-03-06 17:05

The new HGUC ZZ gundam comes to mind.
In that hypothetical case of yours obviously both, but if I had to choose it would depend on the MS and kits it has.

Better is a relative word. =P

So I believe/feel that in most cases & generally speaking, Master Grades are better than High Grades and below.

RX93-2 2012-03-06 17:23

That is very much true, I was only calling you out on stating something you can't know yet as being a fact.
No offense meant. :)

Wld say 3/5.
The shoulder Wing binder can be troublesome to do the poses
The small shield easily pop out & beam saber can be quite hard to take out once u put behind the waist

maknaedik 2012-03-06 19:01

I don't think Bandai would care less for attention whores. They meant business and not stopping a kid from whining :)

Now March is going to be my most very expensive month on my entire life. I have incoming RC 1/100 Nightingale, GFF Deep Striker and MG Titus. Oh backlogs T_T

suiton629 2012-03-06 19:05

For me...

NG 1/100 No Grade Exia (Roll Out Colors)
MG 1/100 Age-1 Normal
MG 1/100 Age-1 Titus

.
.
.
Whenever and if they come out

MG Age-1 Sparrow
MG Age-2 Normal
MG Age-2 Double Bullet
MG Age-3 Normal
MG Age-3 _______
MG Genoace Woolf Custom
MG G-Exes
MG G-Bouncer
MG Exia Repair II

ZZ gundam
gouf custom

also pretty much all MGs that were released before 2000 arent as good as their HG versions that were released after 2000. because lets face it, the old MGs were pretty much the same as the latest 1/100 no grade models.

I will demand pics of the Nightingale when it's done, I command you!!!:p

If ever there was a gundam to get a MG it's the Nightingale!

I'm planning to do that of course that's why I'm trying to get it ASAP. But sadly, it'll come by the first week of April. So most likely, MG Titus' review goes first. Yes, review, like I always do.

The wings also require some disassembly in order to adjust the sweep angle, which surely the MG would fix.

well not really to dissemble out , have to rotate the joints which can be kinda irritating if you do not get the pose you wanted

HasuMasu 2012-03-07 04:52

They're making another 1/48? Well at least this means Age-3 will get one too.

Out of the three, I think it would benefit the most from something like that.

Once you figure out how to successfully make Bandai give a shit about their fanbase outside Japan, and produce kits on the request of individuals to boot, I'd suggest starting your own religion because that'd be a miracle.

Quote:

HGs. The range/variety of suits is better, and I like most everything I own to be the same scale. 'MG' is not an instant ticket to stardom, and HGs aren't just 'those things people get because they can't afford MGs'.
Also, this might just be me, but I have a strange sort of love for the fairly-old 1/144 NG kits. :D

EDIT: If I had unlimited money and a big house, I would also have stupid amounts of Kamen Rider belts and figures too, but that's another story. Oh! And I'd eat tasty salmon a lot more, and drive one of those cars shaped like a pea, but painted to look like an eyeball.
