That one doesn't include an airbrush...just that it is able to be used for airbrushing.

Hey guy I got a MG Re-GZ that I want to sell. The box has never been opened I just don't have the room to display it (LCD died and had to buy a CRT...) What is a good price for it and what's a good place to sell it?

I'm thinking about re-coloring my Strike. Are there any good alternate-color strikes out there I can check out for reference? (Please don't say strike-rouge LOL)

Thanks

I saw a black and silver one recently but I can't recall where unfortunatly. I recently finished a Phase Shift Down version that I'm pretty sure is color accurate to the anime, and I just based it off of screen caps from the first few episodes of SEED.

You know, I saw that one over at Dalong just the otehr day. I was kinda mad about it at first, but then I realized the colors on the PS Down one aren't as color accurate as using the Gundam Color paints (I used the Strike Freedom Phase Sift Down color set) and the PS Down kit also did the Aile Pack with the PS off, which from the desert arc, the Phase Shift on the pack never shuts off, so I was glad I got the normal versiona and repainted it. Plus, in teh end, I would have had to paint the thing either way...

I actually saw the same thing at dalong after someone told me pictures were up <.< . They should get working on something awesome, like an Akatsuki or something (or IJ).

I like that Red Frame and the flight unit it looks very good makes me want to modify my red frame and make one too. Don't know how well it will go but how hard could it be.:heh: Good Job.

Same as me. Btw what's material for making destiny silhouette for destiny impulse?

Yao353 2006-07-03 00:42

Process of Building Gundam Model

Normal building I use:
Modeler's side cutter
Model cutter for plastic
Modeler's Knife
Modeler's drill
Lineling:
Gundam Markers
Tamiya X-1 and Thinner mix Paint

Painting/ Coloring:
Gundam Markers

This are the most process I do

1st. Build the gundam by using the Cutters, knife, and Drills
Drills is to make the holes slightly bigger so is easier to take out(but is easy to far apart if you drill it 2 much)

After gundam finish, I mostly use Tamiya X-1 Paint to do the lineling instead of the
Gundam Markers(In details they look alot better and it can be used in small spots or tricky spots that markers can't get to

personaly I dont do painting, I only use gundam markers to make some parts has it's color, like the guns and shilds.

Leave some comments about how you build your gundam, and learn from each others experiance.

The_Marshal_AEB 2006-07-03 00:45

Destiny + sword impulse = Destiny impulse + extra gun and some modifications

viper 2006-07-03 02:13

I order most of my modeling stuff whether it be Gunpla or Aircraft straight from Japan via HLJ.com and RainbowTen.co.jp/english/

I'm not a big fan of Tamiya Acrylic other than their clears like Smoke, so the rest of my supplies like placard, putty and paint (I primarily use Model Masters Enamel and PollyScale acrylics from time to time) I get from Towerhobbies.com or Squadron.com
