Yep. She's Futayo Honda from Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere (Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon). Great series.

Wow great update. It's quite funny because I recently finished Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon as well. Seems like we watch certain animes at certain times haha :)
