Naruto The Movie: The Last (12/6/14) Spoilers, Leaks & Speculation
 

Naruto The Movie: The Last is the seventh Naruto Shippuden movie and will be released in Japan on December 6th, 2014. No details of the plot have been released, but promotional material shows a slightly older Naruto with shorter and more spiky hair, hinting that it will take place after Shippuden. A 30 second trailer released on Aug 1st. with the tagline, "The super epic film that connects to the next generation begins!"

Hm, I wonder if this is going to be the last Naruto movie...

I am going to go on a whim here. But since Kishi did say he was a big fan of Akira Toriyama (Dragon Ball). And Seeing how Naruto was drawn as older. maybe he plans to do the same thing Akira Toriyama do. Make movies as sequels after the manga ends.

Tho this theory might not work, since the "Last Naruto Movie".

Maybe Kishi is planning to end his manga, with some things unresolved (romance etc etc). And just make a movie an epilogue.

Or likely a Naruto GT. This thing isn't ending. There is still too much money to be made. Especially with the kids as young adults.

BTW, the sidebars for those characters talk about how mature they are now. Sakura is now mature and more feminine. Shikamaru is now more leader-like and manly. Sai is less...fruity I guess. The Naruto one from last week talked about how manly he looked. So we know this is at least two-three years after Shippiden ends.

Sakura looks fantastic. As a fan of time skips, I approve of this movie unconditionally.

I have to say, I've never see someones neck grow as much as Sakura's has in the above images. Still, she does look quite pretty...

12.6 hhmmmm well the manga will have to finish the manga will have to finish in 3mths then....whats that 9 more chapters?

New designs! Gaara, Temari, Tenten, Choji, Rock Lee

Gaara looks good. Like the tiny gourd.
Temari looks stunning. Blows Sakura away. She definitely looks more feminine. Kishi getting her ready for her role as Mrs. Nara.
Tenten also looks pretty as her transformation into Chun-Li is complete. Will she be more important in this movie than Hinata?
Rock Lee looks even more like a Gai clone. Meh.
Choji is officially Fat Asuma. With the neckbeard, all he needs is a fedora to tip.

Temari looks like an 80's Gundam villainess.

It seems like kakashi won`t became hokage . And what do you think it happened with naruto bandaged hand? Perhaps is because of hagoromo seal or maybe an injury from sasuke fight?

I thought Kishi was going to make Sasuke into some kind of long haired Uchiha sex god, but instead he looks like a Tayuya ripoff. That giant head wrap dominates the character just as much as Naruto's giant headband and stupid short hair. Not digging it. None of the guys designs have been good unless Kishi just kept them the same like Kakashi, Shikamaru, or Sai.

I dunno, Naruto's new look makes him look more mature, while Sasuke's is kinda cool in a "I'm Lawrence of Arabia" kinda way

i think it is because of the seal, but it is odd because they should have lost the seals -_- this was shown the moment where they touched kaguya :twitch:
