Most of them are old production so the cost multiplier isn't that bad, usually 20% at worst (O Gundam & ACD cost 14-15 bucks here)
With shipping cost as cheap as 2.5 bucks per kg, this made local shopping fairly decent, despite slight annoyance such as non-gundam MS being rare as dodo bird |
In my case, I bought the 0 Gundam ACD VS. Exia R-2(sold separately)from my local hobby shop since 2011. I already painted the 0 Gundam but the Exia R2 is still in straight built status until now.

Instead of all this worthless brabeling here ;) my latest creation

Some Zaku Phantom fun, Wizzard pack swapping :) 1/144 HG Zaku Phantom (Rey) with Kerberos pack from the Alec Bucue! Goes nicely together! Dynamic tag cannot be rendered. (PrintableThread) |
This reminds that I have to do some work on my Destiny Zaku's xD Nice kits man :D
|
Compared to that, my collection so far...
http://s19.postimg.org/b1rbhhker/16112013146.jpg I'll relocate them to proper place as soon as I get the action base/stage act :( (The Overflag still lacking stickers, liners, decals and topcoat) |
Nice Zaku Warrior collection firefox and ZeroXSEED too! hopefully it will grow!
Anyway I want to share my custom Age-2 in Deep Striker look! Dynamic tag cannot be rendered. (PrintableThread) |
Dat paintjob!
Is this a kit-bash, scratch-built, or both? |
Looks to be a bit of both. You can definitely recognize the AGE-2 Double Bullet and AGE-3 Normal parts mixed in with the AGE-2 Normal.
|
Thanks! They are scratchbuilts, some parts are just copied from Age-3 and even Byarlant custom, the ship is a kitbash from G Defenser core fighter and age-2 bullet.

If you are in the US or Canada, Hobbywave is a nice option as they offer flat shipping rates So buying in bulk from them is nice BTW ppl how do you upload peronal pictures again? |
GG Infinite (if you live in West coast or want online exclusives)
Gundam Planet (if you live in the East coast) That's what I go by or just check Amazon or eBay. You need an URL of the image file. I just post pictures mostly from the ones I upload to my blog. =P Or, you could upload photos to like IMGur or Photobucket and use the image URLs that way, |

What happened to this one? Online Exclusive, MG Exia (Roll Out Colors) From GunPla Expo 2009. |
I want to mention, if you're going to be posting a large collection of images, please use the "images" tag in order to group the content together and prevent large amounts of loading for other users.
It's used similarly to the spoiler tag or, in other words, like this: [images]...your content goes here...[/images] You can also add a descriptive label, just like a spoiler tag: [images=My Collection of Gundam Model Images]...your images go here...[/images] The other option would be to use post thumbnails that link to the full image. This is another nice way to provide a preview of the content. Thanks! |

Maybe since the MG Exia R2 is coming, Bandai might be willing to bring this back? I'd pay money for that and a MG Exia R3.
