I guess it was time for a new Buddy Cop anime...now with a little girl :heh:.

If it will use that old movie trick when a mother convinced both guys that the girl is their child or if they just babyit her, it may be a good comedy.

Vio Shimokura was not the main writer for Steins;Gate, just one of the secondary writers. His most famous VN is Kanojo to Kanojo to Koi also from Nitro+, which is crazy in it's own regard.

Aight, correcting that one. Moving on, Asai's works as director is, tbh I dunno what to say. It seems like you can't judge him from these alone, as Charlotte and Kamisama's issues are related to the story, while Fate/Apoc is an adaptation.

Easily the best first episode of the season so far. Liked what I saw. People already comparing it to Spy x Family. I got some vibes similar to Great Pretender as well. P.A. Works is on a roll!

I expect a lot of BL fangirls (and maybe fanboys) plauging this anime threads just because. But I liked the first episode so I will watch it.

I'm on the fence about the characters but I like the music quite a bit so far. Its PA Works so I'll give it a shot.

Not a bad chapter but how the girl didn't recognize her father if she has a picture?, I guess it was like me and I had to check the photo twice, I thought it was the blond mc with a fling he had, they look a like.

More violent than I thought it would be, and the girl seems to ignore all the violence happening around her. Fun nonetheless.

Not sure about the title, but after episode 1, isn't it not really just Kazuki being a foster parent to two juveniles, Rei and Miri ? Action was a bit over the top and absurd but fun to watch. Let's see how this show develops...

Okay, this is different. Didn't expect Miri to be his real child.
Anyway, I do like Kazuki's husbandoness.

Boy it's confusing with both Kazuki and the target looking like twins. I do think Miri's the child of the target though, since he's the one with earrings, and Miri did show up at the party.

That's some serious trauma setup if she ever finds out when she's older.

But so far I'm interested. Love the characters' personalities.

I think I'm done with this, this episode Miri was like fingernails on a blackboard to me.
