So... what do we have here? I am amazed. Plot looks not really so interesting for me, but Yamakan, Orito and Maeda? This should be awesome!

edit: Thanks goes to Aizu.

I thought the same thing when I first saw it, actually. :heh:

Odd, that.

She doesn't have Haruhi's boobies.

Wasn't there this old joke about the entire staff of Key having a fetish for flat chests?

Would explain Loli Busters...

I suppose I can understand them splitting manpower if it is a VN though - get Naga to do this while Itaru does Rewrite, get Maeda to do this while the Rewrite writers are moving really slowly. Wonder who they'll get to do the music though... hopefully not the horribly mediocre Little Busters composers.

I am probably going to be shot down by saying this, but I'm not getting the vibe that this is a new VN title. I was reading through the Kagikko blogs and noticed that they also did a little bit of digging and found that the website domain belongs to Sony Music Entertainment - which is weird considering Key Sounds Label is the group responsible for Key music. Also the collaboration with Dengeki G's?

Well the G's issue due to be released in a few days isn't saying what it is either, unfortunately. They want people to guess what it is. I'm fixing my hopes firmly at zero until further notice, anyway. It'll probably turn out to be something boring, and I don't want to have got my hopes up for nothing.

If her personality is not like Haruhi's then I will tolerate it. I will NOT stand another Haruhi ANYWHERE.

Isn't that the shopped picture? I was sure the original character art had her with green eyes (too green in my opinion)

Could this be some marketing coup for Haruhi's second advent (light novel, anime...)?

The last light novel had some kind of branching/routes to follow (even though in paper format...), will they make it into VN fomat this time :heh:?

No way...

They didn't say it's a game yet though. Besides, it being a collaboration with Dengeki G's Magazine makes a light novel, manga, or reader's participation game likely.

I can only say two things about this:
1. I'm totally gonna watch that,
and
2. YAY, a Key-story which I can't possibly be spoiled about!:D

It sounds like shit, but it's Jun Maeda so I'll watch it.

Even more so if A-1 is doing the animation.

Yup, you pretty much summed up my first impression, lol.

boggart 2009-05-28 05:12

The whole premise of this anime seems a bit weird... but let's see what happens.

plmko 2009-05-28 05:59

Firstly why this and not Little busters first?

Also I find it amusing that the "dead" are wearing school uniform. Do the gods have that kind of fetish?
