Um, NightWish likely means "You will need to wait [for a year to pass since your last request]." (aprox. 11 months) This detail was not mentioned in the first post but has been mentioned by xris as a response to similar requests.

@ Staff, whatever the policy on re-request may be it really needs to be made a lot clearer in the first post, since I believe a lot of people are requesting on impulse believing you're willing to change it for them any day of the week; or in many cases apparently presume you will revert/fix it should they change their mind quickly.

But it is already clearly stated in the opening post.

I understand that, but that "less likely" there (nit picking, I know) may be giving out the wrong impression.
There have been a (surprisingly) large amount of re-requests, a small fix might go a long way.

I didn't realize the wait is 11 months but that is fine with me.
