Can you change my username to Nyat?

I'm thoroughly surprised there is a name opening for this: Gawain.

I may very well be wrong, but I'd appreciate it if the name was open for me.

Reason: too many people with 'Sol' in their names, 'Cross' makes me feel like i'm being religious. So I think i'll lessen the chance of me being mistaken, and let the well-read speculate over why I like Gawain. (Chivalry being a freebie.)

I hope I did it right, because the name didn't pop under the search engine. I kept the sex unspecified, so I think it's open.

Sadly, due to the crap vB Members List search, you didn't notice that in fact that Gawain has already been taken.

If you use the drop down menu from the Members List and enter Gawain it will find two matches. If you go to the advanced search (for user names) and select "Unspecified" for "Gender:" then it finds none! Now, once you click on the Gender: radio button you can't unclick and have to select one of the three options. If you select "Male" then you will find one of the two Gawain matches :eyespin: Note: If you leave the "Gender:" radio buttons unselected then it will in fact find the two Gawain matches.

Anyway, sorry but the Gawain user name is in use :(

Is the name "felix" taken xris? (I did search, found nothing) if not may I have mine changed to it (yes with lowercase "f").

The name had been used but by someone who created the account over 5 years ago and has never even logged in again.

Actually, I changed my mind >_< I'm sorry, i'm horribly indecisive. But I got a name that suits me.

Arbitres (It's french, though the 's' at the end is just for decoration, and making the 'tres' sound.)

We are not going to change the policy that everyone else has to abide by just because you ask. If you have a legitimate (privacy?) reason to need it changing now, we will of course hear you out. I would expect such a request in private, however; a public request/discussion would completely defeat the point of an name change needed for a privacy reason.
