I am looking for more anime that are sorta perverted like DearS and Shuffle. Ones with like a whole bunch of high school girls and only a boy or so. Ecchi, but like actual hentai.

To Love Ru-prob one of the most ecchi anime i've seen next to rosario

To-Love-ru is the exact anime you are looking for. Extremely fun and enjoyable to watch, brings even tentacles into the show but still remains healthy to watch.

If you want something that's really over the top, you should watch Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan. Its borderline hentai and spilling blood and guts. Its really extreme in the antics and will make you laugh the entire episodes. No its not an action anime where people get killed, its just that the main character gets accidentally dispatched every other minute and gets resurrected again.

I'd go with Kanokon over To Love Ru in this case. Where To Love Ru would give us a scene of "Ooops! I tripped and got myself a handful of boobies....*nosebleed*...", Kanokon pulls out all the stops and gives us stuff like "Hey! Lets put a loli in a tub and have her secrete oil so that we can give the Great Erotic King a full body oil massage".

To Love Ru is slap-stick ecchi while Kanokon is more erotic ecchi and probably the closer to hentai.

kanokon is works too for an almost hentai, only with alot less violence

Why watch ecchi? if you are allowed and are that horny why not go all out? i don't know just confuses me.

Most (if not all) hentai plots suck. while ecchi animes give us moderate story(never seen good ones) with the feeling of a hentai.

I, my, me strawberry eggs isn't ecchi ^^ its just funny! at least i dont think a guy running around in girl underwear is ecchi i find that just scarry! but it was a funny anime so i have to reccomend it to ^^

I can't believe no one has brought up To-Love-Ru yet, that's pretty darn ecchi.

Also strike witches if you're into meccha musume and "not panty" shots.
