The picture says that the 'cockpit' of 0 Raiser is actually the censor unit

Text is rather small, but I can just about tell from the pic pointing at the "cockpit" that it says "sensor unit". Also looks like there's a different set of GN Drive cones for when using the O Riser. I think.

btw, anyone wanna bet we see a Haro piloting the O Riser? :heh:

Yeah. My Lockon collection is growing ;)

Just ordered the 1/144 HG Buster Gundam. It;s about time as it is the only version of Buster model kit that I'm short of. Well, maybe No Grade 1/144, but I don't feel like ordering it. Not worth the effort, even for such hardcore Dearka fan as me.

---

I can see that 1/144 Cherudim may be worth a shot... then i can advance to its 1/100 when it is released. Maybe Lockon won't have yet another 1/144 GN Arms Type D-ish exclusive in this season ;)

So the object on its back is the GN Drive...

beamknight87 2008-10-26 20:10

so Cherudim got the GN-Drive on the ass?

One lucky shot and...

Same can be said for Arios. It's GN Drive is right between its legs.

P.S. Can someone please translate what it says about the GN "bits" and the holo screen at the top of the scan?

The Dynames wasn't really much better though, considering that all of the 1st season Gundams basically had their main GN Condensers exposed from the front. At least with this positioning, Cherudim's GN Drive is only vulnerable from the back, and it's got protection from the GN Shield Bits.

neogeo1990 2008-10-26 20:35

And now it doesn't seem so far-fetched for Arios' GN Drive to be located in the crotch area now either....

LightningZERO 2008-10-26 21:56

Weird. Cherudim's GN Drive is on its ass, while Arios's is in its crothc...:heh:

I guess Seravee's will be inside its backpack head

rebel one 2008-10-26 22:10

HG Cherudim has so many gimmicks but my policy of 1/100 only still stands. Seriously ass-Drive:heh: These Gundams are funnier than they are cool.

Actually, as stupid as it sounds, the ass-drive deal actually makes sense, considering how it's being protected by Cherudim's shield bits.

Consider how most of the time it only show its front to enemy. Not to mention it always sits when doing its job.

duotiga 2008-10-26 23:14

seems like s2 gundam placement of gn drive are kinda out of the ordinary.....

No beam sabers for Cherudim ?

LightningZERO 2008-10-27 04:19

Not surprised. I wonder if which of the 4 has beam saber parts. Arios or Seravee?

And I must get that SD 00 Gundam! :D

Thanks! I'm gonna start building it now. BTW, got any good tips when painting?

Raven Revolution 2008-10-27 05:10

from what I read in the manual ( mm, my JPese skill is not high so ..) the beam pistol of Cherudim has beam coating and can be used to counter enemy's beam saber .
Look at the blade located below the pistol...can we hope for an GN axe ?:D

Chiu_fan 2008-10-27 05:22

The muzzle of the handguns looks kinda big enough to even generate a beam blade. Probably it could also be a beam saber for the Cherudim. I also noticed that the weapons of the Cherudim were based off of Exia's GN Sword. We'll just have to wait and see.

Raven Revolution 2008-10-27 06:11

the manual of OO kits always show all of their weapons
Even if those were not included in the kit , they still list them or at least put some describtion about them in the manual but I dun see the word "beam saber" anywhere ( except of "enemy's beam saber" )
So the chance is pretty slim now imo , but still not zero :D

P.S : the muzzle looks kinda big compare to the GN beam pistol of Dynames but maybe that's because the firerate output is higher this time ?:D
